Great experience from the couple with a toddler.

The property location is amazing. 2 min to tram that goes to both airport and main train station (which is in the historic district as well). 5 min walk to the shopping center with decent cafes/restaurants as well as great grocery. Also it worth to mention that it’s one of the tidiest apartments that I’ve ever book. So really great work there. The host was very friendly as well. We were a little bit worried about the road nearby, but the building itself is quite far from that and the apartment locates on the very top floor, so it’s not really heard during night or day time.

Home away from home.

Well equipped modern apartment , has everything in the kitchen, IKEA dishes and silverware, apartment has two balconies, large rooms, spacious feel, This feels like home. Location cannot be better- supermarket across the street, tram line next to the building. The owner Stefano - who lives across stairs is a fantastic person who went out of his way to provide extra coffee, sugar, dishwasher liquid, soap, etc. Couldn’t ask for a better host and a better neighbor. When we go back to Florence we will choose this apartment again without a second of a doubt!

A lovely home for a family….

Property is in excellent condition and it is very clean. It has everything you need.

No big deal but it is great if more toilet tissues are provided. No shower gel available but I bought them from the shop across the road. These are only suggestions for improvements.

Very close to train stop

Instructions were very unclear for many things. The parking lot and parking space instructions were minimal and took over an hour to figure out. The washing machine has no instructions. Lots of basics were complicated. For example, couldn’t find the cutlery until the last day.

Great location, spacious apartment with lots of natural light.

Great location (close to public transportation), spacious, lots of fresh air and light, perfect balcony, comfy beds.

Towels seemed low quality, instead of bed cover there were two bed sheets covering the quilt, kitchen was kind of dirty, toilet seat was detached.

A winter visit to Florence

The apartement is very comfortable, beautiful, near the bus or tram station. The beds are very cosy, it's perfect for a family or two couples because there are two spacious bedrooms. We stayed in Florence in December and the flat was heated and warm. It's got its own parking place so you don't have to worry about the car. The hosts were friendly and surprised us with cooffee for the cooffee machine and some snacks for children. Everybody is very friendly and helpful in Florence. If you ask which way to go or which bus to take, people do their best to help you. The town is beautiful, at Christmas time it looks magical.

very nice, would stay again

Very nice apartment, very clean and spacious. Well appointed, and very new feeling. Owner seems very nice, and lives across the hall in case of any issues…when our bathroom sink was not working, he arranged for a plumber to come the next day to repair it. Parking was outside but very convenient.

Shower is very small, about the size of an RV shower, and there is no tub. Washing machine was hard to figure out (has some weird delay mechanism that keeps the door locked for 2 minutes before it will release them) and there is no separate clothes dryer.

Duży, przestronny apartament, z dwoma oddzielnymi pokojami, w których są duże, małżeńskie łóżka. Dużym plusem były również dwa balkony!

Nie zawsze działająca klimatyzacja (zwłaszcza to, że nie można było włączyć jej jednocześnie w obu sypialniach).

O cazare buna

Apartamentul este spațios și curat. Dispune de loc de parcare asigurat. Poți lua tramvaiul T2 care te duce în 20 min la dom și la atracțiile turistice principale, deși este mereu aglomerat, dar bineînțeles nu e vina proprietarilor.

Proprietatea cred ca este administrata de o firma. Foarte multe indicații referitoare la tot ce e în apartament, deci trebuie sa te pui pe citit, eu personal am venit în vacanta sa ma relaxez nu sa ma stresez cu primirea codurilor de acces pe telefon care apropo sunt valabile 4 ore. Ai indicații pentru tot ce e în apartament.

Esperienza grande fratello

Appartamento pulito e bello

L’appartamento è carino e pulito, certo… ma la vera “esperienza” inizia dopo il check-in. Dall’inizio mi sono sentita sotto controllo: una telecamera puntata direttamente sulla porta, non menzionata nell’annuncio. Accoglienza stile Grande Fratello. Il giorno successivo, la proprietaria mi scrive dicendo che devo andarmene perché avrei ricevuto “troppe visite” – anche se nell’annuncio non c’era scritto assolutamente nulla riguardo a un divieto di ricevere ospiti. Regole inventate al momento, probabilmente a seconda dell’umore. E visto che non me ne sono andata subito, ha deciso di passare la minaccia al livello successivo: mi ha staccato l’aria condizionata in piena estate, con oltre 35 gradi, cercando evidentemente di farmi andare via con la forza… ma in modo “elegantemente” subdolo. Un classico esempio di abuso di potere: creare disagi intenzionali per costringere l’ospite ad andarsene da solo – così l’host può tenersi i soldi senza fornire realmente il servizio. In più, ha mandato un uomo a spiarmi dietro la porta. Gente che ascolta, che controlla chi entra e chi esce. E alla fine ha pensat să trimită și la polizia, probabil să verifice dacă îmi permit să respir. Ovviamente, niciun motiv real – și poliția a confirmat că totul era în regulă. Una situazione tossica, manipolativa, umiliante. Altro che ospitalità: qui si gioca sporco, con una freddezza calcolata. Se volete essere controllati, minacciati, sabotati e poi spinti ad andartene col trucco pur di perdere i soldi, questo è il posto perfetto. Per chi cerca rispetto, trasparenza e correttezza… meglio dormire in macchina.

Comfortabel en dichtbij tram, winkelcentrum en restaurants, gratis parkeren.

De instructies voor de parkeerplaats en sleutels, moet goed gelezen worden. Maar is te doen.
