Excellent position near public transport. Very near attractions and on a tram line to airport. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Very quiet. Great security. Really well set up with everything we needed.
Difficult online booking. It was impossible to book in online it required one answer in Italian which I do not speak. Gave up after trying for two hours. The room is very stuffy as windows bang if left open and could break..No cross ventilation. Hot water ran out after one 5 minute shower. No shops or restaurants nearby.

Very clean, smart design and quite functional. Easy access to the bus and tram to get about and into the city center of Florence. The team that manages the apartments are quite nice, communicative and ready to assist for anything. It’s a super utility apartment for those on the go!
