Worst experience ever don’t stay here!!!!

Liked it had a washing for clothes and easy access to the city that’s about it

They tried to charge me extra for late check in..no where on the booking does it specify this they just tried to get more money. Some of my other bookings specify fee for late check in. This one did not. Also they say the place has air conditioning it does not. First I couldn’t find the air conditioning remote the cleaning staff came and put it out and then the remote was broken and they tried to charge me 50 euros when I didn’t break it….it was already broken. Worst place I have ever been too me and my kids barely slept for 3 nights it was so hot. Worst experience I have ever had!!!!

Lovely little apartment in a great location between the airport and the city center. The connection with the public transport is very good, just a couple minutes away from the tramway station that connects the apartment with the airport and the city center. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. The bathroom new and the kitchen equipped with everything you need for a short stay, including complementary coffee and other very practical things to have. Overall I can only recommend it and the host Riccardo is very friendly and ready to help. Great value for the price. I would definitely stay again here!

The acoustic insulation is not the best and since the apartment is on a first floor to a big street with lots of traffic it can be quite loud, so if you are someone who is bothered by the noise I would recommend you bring some earplugs for better sleeping. The days we where there, it was unexpectedly cold and it was for us a bit too cold in the apartment and we were not able to regulate the heating our self, so may make sense to provide a thicker, warmer cover for the bed since no one likes going to sleep feeling cold. And last: the double bed is not very big (maybe 140m I guess) so if you are big people might no be the most comfortable thing for you.

Spare beds broken unsuitable for sleeping, very noisy and fridge was pretty ordinary and even on max didn’t cool well. Property has a lot of potential but feels neglected.

Lovely stay, generous host, easy access

Riccardo was very kind to us - he allowed us to enter earlier than we had planned and hold our packed bags while we got our rental car. I appreciated his generosity. Our location was great - outside the immediate city center, but merely a few stops on the T2 tram. A more authentically Italian workaday neighborhood.

Worth it

Everything was in order. Facilities as advertised. Small studio apt, good for a couple or with 2 small kids. Kitchen was well stocked. Dishwasher, oven and washing machine available. However, microwave would ve been better. Response to any query or request was prompt. Tram station 200 mts away. Don't go for bus, even if Google tells you. Just take tram to 'Unita' station for old city(15 min)/ rly station / airport. Great stay! Thanks Riccardo

Nice and cozy apartment.

The apartment is compact and comfy. Its beautifully decorated. We were welcomed by fresh fruits, pasta and sauces. This is a very nice gesture. The bathroom was very clean. Location is nearby the city center, you can take tram or walk ard 25 min to SMN station.

At first it was kind of difficult to find the parking slot, but then after waiting quite time finally we can park. Internet connection was slow, but I think overall in Italy was slow.

Small apartment in a good location

The location of the house is really good with good connectivity to the main areas, railway station and airport. The house was clean and in a nice locality. The owner provides contact less check in which is really good. However, there was a hitch in our check-in - to enter the main building g for the 1st time you need to call the owner or drop him a message. He will then open the door. In our case we didn't have a local number and hence dropped him a message. He might have missed it or something. We stood outside for sometime without being able to get in. Then we had to request a local person to call the owner and get the door opened. Folks who are arriving late or don't have a local number should take note of this.

There were quite a few issues with the property - 1. The house is very small. It cannot fit more than 2 adults. We were 4 and had lot of problems during our stay. It was very crowded. 2. The wifi was very slow, even basic browsing was tough. 3. The bed in the bedroom was very small. It cannot fit 2 adults. Also it was pretty uncomfortable. 4. The electric wiring for this property is really old which means you cannot have more than two appliances (geyser, air conditioning, clothes iron, cooking stove) on at the same time. This makes it very difficult to finish your chores quickly and caused us to take a long ride to get ready whenever we needed to head out. During our 2 day stay the fuse tripped 6 times and we had to go down to the ground floor to fix it.

Perfect

We stayed here for 3 days. The apartment is suitable and clean. Everything working, the beds are comfortable. If you arrive with car, there is a Private parking, next to the apartment, what is a big preference because parking in Firenze, and leave your car in safe is very difficult. The location is very good too. There is a shopping mall for 4-5 minutes walk, and the tram stop is for 2 minutes. The host, Ricardo was very kind and helpful. If we had any question, we can call him and he help us. I recommend it for everyone.

Si vas en coche a Florencia es una opción pues desde allí en metro se llega bien al centro. Pero ojo, el alojamiento no tiene parking reservado, hay un aparcamiento público pequeño (20 plazas máximo) para los edificios de alrededor. Si tienes mala suerte, puedes tener un serio problema para aparcar.

Pensábamos que teníamos parking garantizado y no fue así. Fuimos en plena ola de calor de agosto, y cuando llegamos nos informó el dueño que no había aire acondicionado debido a una avería que no solucionarían en toda nuestra estancia. He de decir que el dueño amablemente nos ofreció no pagar la Tasa Di Soggiorno, lo cual aceptamos, pero eso no quita que lo pasamos realmente mal para dormir en la habitación extremadamente calurosa. La limpieza no era muy buena y me dio un brote de alergia (ácaros) bastante fuerte.

Het is een klein appartement, voor twee personen zeker aan te raden. Leuk ingericht. Op 300 m afstand is de tramhalte, waar de tram zeer vaak stopt en die je in 10 minuutjes naar het centrum brengt. Fijn dat er twee flessen water koud in de koelkast klaarstonden. Alle vragen die we vooraf stelden betreffende het bezoek heeft hij supersnel en goed beantwoord.

De airconditioning was kapot, daarvoor is er wel een ventilator weer neergezet, maar omdat het hele gebouw nog warm is was het ‘s nachts nog wel te warm. Zoals meer mensen melden ligt het aan een drukke straat daardoor moet je de ramen wel dicht doen om het lawaai buiten te houden. zelfs dan is het nog wel rumoerig, oordoppen aan te raden.

Todo estaba limpio, el apartamento es bonito, un poco estrecho, pero para dormir esta bien. Tiene todo lo básico para cocinar. Toallas limpias.

Me hospedé en este apartamento durante 2 noches y fue imposible dormir bien debido al aire acondicionado dañado. Este, NO funcionaba, lo que hizo que el apartamento estuviera extremadamente caliente, Aunque al día siguiente de la primera noche, fue un técnico a revisar y no se pudo solucionar mucho; pero para tratar de mitigar el calor, nos llevó 2 ventiladores .El problema persistió durante toda mi estancia. - *Ruido:* Cómo el AC estuvo dañado fue necesario abrir las Ventanas, lo cual volvio muy ruidosa la estancia debido al tráfico constante en la zona. También, decía que dejaban un kit de bienvenida para el desayuno o la cena y no había nada.

Appartamento bello vicino a Firenze

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per 4 notti a fine aprile 2025, lo spazio è stato sfruttato molto bene e per 2 persone è perfetto, di più si farebbe fatica. Bene la dotazione dell’appartamento bene il bagno nuovo e gli asciugamani morbidi la pulizia lascia a desiderare. La posizione è perfetta a 2 minuti a piedi dal tram che ti porta a Santa Maria Novella in 10 minuti e di fronte alla ciclabile. Vicino all’appartamento c’è un centro commerciale per fare la spesa e una serie di locali per mangiare. Comodo il parcheggio condominiale per chi arriva in auto.

Il letto ad una piazza e mezza è un po' piccolo avrei messo almeno un letto alla francese. Però per dormire qualche notte si combina, certo se sei un uomo un po' robusto si fa veramente fatica.
