Very quiet location, very close proximity to the centre. Easy to locate all hours of the day.
Only 2 toilet rolls were given for a 15-night stay, which is the same given for short stays. There is no information on how to operate the heating system, hob, or washing machine. There was no information on waste disposal, which meant I had 2 weeks' worth of waste (started smelling bad). I stripped the bedding to wash after the first week and saw the pillows and duvet were covered in yellow stains, which made me feel queasy - pillow protectors would help protect the pillows from sweat atleast.
Agree with previous reviews, there is some small areas of mould in the shower, and the walls in the bedroom are very scratched and could do with a repaint.
All of these issues listed are small and could be rectified in a day, however.
Had one day where I couldn't use the water because it was brown, I had no warning of pipe works taking place. It was a nasty surprise when I got up to wash.

И электрические батареи спасли в прохладную осень
Вид из окна! Открыв шторы утром я увидела цоколь соседнего здания в метре от окна и какие-то палки.
Отсутствие туалетной бумаги и бумажных полотенец! Приехав в город ночью это было неприятной неожиданностью, с учетом что все магазины закрыты.
Запах в квартире не очень приятный, старого здания что ли, спертый. Проветривания не помогли.

Location is great and the price was really good for this time of year.
Basics were lacking, like paper towels or washing powder, no soap in the bathroom.
I mean it's nothing major, but very inconvenient however.
