Mango Ubud

Mango Ubud was a dream, villa was clean and the staff were so kind and generous. 100% recommend to everyone. Rooms and humongous and spacious and the bathroom was my favourite part hahahahaha. Next trip to Bali we will visit again!!! Top tier service and the photos don’t lie

I can’t say anything bad about mango Ubud it was so beautiful!.

Excellent location. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures. The cafe is great that’s on the property. The pool is bigger than expected. The rooms were just unbelievable. So comfy and cold (they have their own ac units). I wish we would have stayed here longer!

Wish there was a microwave or plates in the kitchen. Refrigerator wasn’t very cold either. Bathrooms are outside so kinda scary at night when the bugs and lizards are everywhere. The lizards are loud at night. It was so beautiful and the vibes were amazing though so even with the stuff I didn’t like, I’d gladly stay again!!!

Open space in natural environment on 2 levels . Big living room and cosy room with clean bathroom . Very quiet and relaxing too.

The wooden stairs to access the 1st floor . Farmer next door burning his field , and private swimming pool too small and not so clean . Frogs concerto at night really load .

The check-in staff and restaurant staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They made me feel comfortable and at home straight away, and throughout most of my stay the majority of the staff were accommodating, respectful, and professional. The villa itself was also beautiful and relaxing.

Unfortunately, my experience was negatively affected by one particular staff member who was responsible for taking me to my villa. From the beginning, his demeanour felt cold, standoffish, and unwelcoming. He lacked basic warmth and respect in the way he interacted with me, which made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. At one point, I contacted him because a cat was trying to enter my room and I am allergic. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he made me feel as though I was inconveniencing him for asking for help. His responses over text were also delayed, short, and abrupt. I did not understand the hostility or attitude, and it created an uncomfortable atmosphere that was unnecessary.
