Beautiful peaceful villas - highly recommend

We arranged transfer from airport through the villa which was easy. We arrived quite late at night and they still welcomed us with welcome drinks. Such an awesome villa and host.

No free transfer to town as advertised but we just used local drivers so it worked out.

It was a good experience staying there

The villa was soo quiet and peaceful, natural vibes were everywhere.

I didn’t find the decorations I requested at check-in, even though I was assured they would be arranged and that they were not complimentary. This was disappointing, especially because it was our honeymoon. I had already communicated this with the staff through Booking.com and WhatsApp, but nothing was prepared when we arrived. In addition, the local transportation setup in the area makes it difficult for Grab drivers to reach the villa, which forces guests to rely on their and the villa’s transportation services at higher prices. But during my stay the whole staff were excellent

Very bad experience

Very bad staff. Location has broken road connecting and dangerous to reach. Also charging unnecessary $40 aud just for a broken soap dispenser which was already broken and they just glued it together. We were running late for our flight and therefore paid since the staff started to argue with us. Very bad experience out of so many visits in bali this was the worst hotel i stayed in. Even cabs told me they dont allow normal cabs to come to their location and charge for their private cars to transport.

Did not stay at the property for the 3 nights left after the first night as the property wasn’t well maintained and had bugs

Villa stay September 2025

I had a bad accident on only my third day and ended up with a broken ankle and foot after falling down some temple steps 😞 The staff were really helpful and very kind as I struggled with even just the one step into the villa. They helped both me and my daughter with the wheelchair and helped support me with the steps and when I couldn't get up. One of the young girls even gave me some chocolate wafers as a gift, this was very thoughtful and kind 🙏 The villa and pool were really lovely. I'm just sad I didn't get the chance to use the pool due to my cast. The villa is attached alongside other villas in a peaceful location surrounded by rice and corn fields, and on an evening it was amazing to see some fire flies in the fields ☺️

There was nothing wrong with the villa but just wanted to mention that the road outside the property is quite damaged and uneven so extra care should be taken when walking or riding a bike.

Quiet, clean, spacious 1 bedroom villa

The area is a Gojek free area which makes it harder to get around. We were ok being in a quiet area as we hired our own scooter to give us independence.

Fantastic; would definitely stay at the villa's again should we return to Ubud.

The pictures depicted on the website are obviously somewhat old, but still represent what you get. Having the private pool is amazing. There were some minor maintenance things that could be easily fixed; so a little more attention to detail is required of the hosts. We had breakfast included each day, and whilst it wasn't a full buffet or anything, we found that what was provided was sufficient. If you're looking for a stay near Ubud then the villa's are amazing, not more than 5-10 minutes by scooter. All in all our stay was great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Villa's are located in an area where you feel immersed in Bali and its culture, which is what we wanted. Yet. they are still very close to Ubud central so not out of reach.

Just for the hosts to fix the minor maintenance issues throughout the villa itself, and perhaps pay a little more attention to cleaning.

The room was fine

First the location was too bad. It was 2.5 km from centre which looked too far. The roads were very narrow while entering the villa. Even my driver was thankful when we were leaving. The breakfast was okayish could have had more options and little more quantity as it was not stomach filling. The hair dryer was too small which was useless to keep in the room better to remove.

It’s not clean, bed sheets were not changed during room cleaning the next day, towels and robes weren’t clean either, shower water pressure was very inconsistent & everything had a weird smell to it. There were bugs all over our bathroom especially at nights. the breakfast was very small & didn’t taste good at all, juices were too sugary and not fresh. We asked for 4 waters and in the beginning they told us you only get 2 per day but after expressing our concern, they did get more. The location is in the middle of nowhere and far from all Ubud activities and tourist spots, there was nothing accessible through walking not even a supermarket.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would be peaceful except party villa about 100 metres away. Setting in the rice fields was nice

Pool had dirty water. I doubt it had chlorine or salt as it was very cloudy. We asked about cleaning but it didn’t happen. Bathroom was mouldy and water pooled due to slope on the floor. Body wash and shampoo wasn’t very good quality Towels were dirty and worn Breakfast ok but not very many options

Excellent stay for activities in/around Ubud

The villa was very clean, and matched the pictures online. The pool looked clean, bathroom clean as well. The room was cleaned every day and they also supplied us with bottled water and fresh towels. The environment was also nice and quiet. It is surrounded by rice fields. A walk down the street was nice to admire the fields. The location was good if you want to do activities in/around Ubud. With car around 15-20 minutes from Ubud city centre. So if you don't like the crowdedness of Ubud but still want to see it and do activities in/around Ubud, this is the place to stay. There was a laundry service at about 5 minutes walking distance down the street. The staff was very nice, helpful and polite.

There were some small stray cats sitting on the outside sofa. I noticed that the staff cleaned the pillows of the sofa during room service, so that was fixed.

Breakfast was pretty okay, nothing very special, but it always came on time. Location is in a very quiet area, about a 15-min drive to Ubud Centre.

Nice, accomodating good food and friendly staff

We had a complimentary breakfast but it was average and they gave us 3 slices of fruit each for 2 people

From the moment we got there there was no power in our villas and this wasn’t just that one thing No power for two days at times and no water on the first day for an hour as well
