10BR Laia & Naiba by BaliSuperHost

I cannot recommend 10BR Laia & Naiba enough, largely thanks to the incredible support from our villa host, Ni Konang Vina. From the very beginning of our planning process, Ni Konang Vina was professional, incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure our group had a seamless experience. Our trip involved a large party arriving in four separate groups at different times, and Ni Konang Vina handled this coordination effortlessly. She was instrumental in organising everything we needed, including daily yoga sessions, a complex schedule of in-villa spa treatments for our party, and even a custom grocery order with specific requests. No request was too much trouble, and she handled last-minute changes and questions with a genuine, "can-do" attitude that made us feel very well looked after. When we fancied coconut water on a hot day - a quick whatsapp and it was arranged in minutes along with a team to get into the coconuts with her and straws. Ni Konang Vina’s attention to detail—such as ensuring our specific dietary needs were met for our dinner buffet, coordinating room allocations, and managing the billing discreetly as I had requested—truly set her apart. She made what could have been a logistical challenge feel completely stress-free. I had an issue with my drain in my room which flooded the bedroom area (Partially my fault for not realising the extent of the blockage) - but this was dealt with efficiently and promptly - the room was sorted and everything dried without disrupting our day. If you are staying at 10BR Laia & Naiba, you are in excellent hands with Ni Konang Vina. She is the epitome of hospitality and played a huge part in making our time in Ubud so special. Thank you, Vina, for everything!

Only downside was the air quality on some days into the evenings due to burning of the farmers fields adjacent - heavy ash fell on the property at these times and it was not possible to be outside due to the smoke.

住宿地點雖然不在鬧區，但如果是使用包車的話非常方便，路雖然不大，但我們14人座的包車是可以通過的。 你可以加購早餐晚餐及spa服務，非常方便。 泳池很大，房間數也很多，適合多人入住。

難免會有一些小昆蟲，但不妨礙這個villa真的很棒! 如果是加購的餐點價格有點貴，但它很方便。
