Staff is very very friendly and helpful
Breakfast...not a good variety no meat not even a chicken sausage only egg bread croissants really not a great variety not even a plain tea for us...Breakfast was really not a good experience although dinner was excellent no problems with dinner just Breakfast need a upgrade desperately. Also didn't like that tins cheaper at dinner than in rooms...very expensive way way more expensive then needs to be

Great architecture for restaurant and the tents are beautiful.
I was sick so couldn’t enjoy it! Beds are hard like a lot in Bali

The staff are undoubtedly the most friendly, helpful and generous people we have ever met. They sell the place!
The tents are rustic with no hot water and very damp. For $450/night far to rustic. we would return to see the lovely staff!
