Management of the villa barely help in emergencies, breakfast is nice but portions are small, quite a few electrical iss

The bedrooms were spacious and the chef/cleaner was nice. Breakfast is nice but small portions. Pool was nice.

Many electrical issues, first night we even had power outage and the electricity was off for over 2hrs. The villa‘s management did not answer calls or texts and only had the chef/cleaner to help us. Rooms weren’t what i had wanted, i specifically said both rooms be ground fall not separated by two levels. Also the location of the villa is hard to get to when you go out and explore. Downstairs shower was rusty. Also both bathrooms are a smell, it was weird.

Only thing I can possibly say is that there is a slight gap under the door but you have a mosquito repellent heated pad so once you set that up you should be fine

The view of the rice fields out the back.

Where do we start. Location was up a small road hard to get by car. A construction area at the entrance to the property was an eyesore. Bathrooms had mould and dirty. Bed was like a slab of concrete. Outside kitchen was dirty. No safe for valuables and wardrobes wouldn't lock. Told we could only use their driver which turned out to be expensive and extremely inconvenient. Apparently the locals banned any other 'taxis' in the area. We ended up leaving early as the property was not up to standard.

Lovely place helpful hosts, a bit difficult into Ubud during busy hours

Loved the ambience and secluded area - peaceful at night no traffic and not busy with other tourists - The local cat was amazing and gave us company

It was torture it was the worse out of all the hotels we have ever been to. No customer care at all and kitchen unhygien

The bed room was nice

1.It was in a very scary and bad location and doggy. 2.The staff was very unfriendly and they did not try to make your stay comfortable 3.The breakfast menu was the worst I have ever seen … they only provided 2 eggs and one toast and side plate of fruit the banana was black it looked old 4. The utensils that made the breakfast was super filthy 5. The place is so far from town and shops if you hungry at night you are in trouble … because there is no dinner there 6. We found the cat eating our food .. which was so disgusting and unhygienic 7.They don’t provide a refund so you are just stuck with them and they don’t care about the customer once it has paid

Loved it and will be back!

We stayed at Griya Private Villa for four nights with our family and had such a relaxing and memorable experience. The villa was set in the peaceful countryside, offering a quiet escape from the busy tourist areas. The space was beautiful—spacious bedrooms, a private pool, and all the comforts of home at a great price. The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made our stay feel extra special.

The only small downside was that the shower had a bit of trouble draining and the water pressure was a little low, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it for families looking for a peaceful Bali getaway.

Needs TLC

Puta was great.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Puta who was a lovely gentlemen. The villa was nice and the pool was clean and ready to jump into. Our bedsheets were dirty and the bathroom is also dirty. When turning the shower on, it runs for about 1 minute before the pressure drops and the water basically drips out. Puta cooked us good breakfast daily, however the fridge where the food is stored is very dirty and needs a good clean. Good if you are on a budget but you would be better off spending a little more money and getting something a bit cleaner with running water. Puta was amazing though.

Perfect setting with very good value for the money.

Breakfast very good. The servant (named Putuh) very friendly and helpful, the entire property very clean and well maintained, location very peaceful in a traditional Balinese neighborhood. Easy rental of a scooter. Kitchen well equipped. Fine pool.

Good view over a wide open field, only no green rice terrace, due to problems with the irrigation only a brown unspectacular area.

Villa fantastica immersa nelle risaie

La villa è un sogno! La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole muoversi con un motorino: fuori dal caos ma a 10 minuti dal centro di Ubud! La villa è stupenda: piscina ben tenuta e pulitissima, letto comodo, Kutu gentilissimo sempre a disposizione per un aiuto. Ci tornerei domani.

Muy buena opción si quieres tranquilidad

La tranquilidad del lugar. Alejado del bullicio de Ubud pero a 5 minutos en Grab. La amabilidad de Putu, siempre dispuesto a cumplir con nuestras peticiones.

El desayuno al final se hace repetitivo. Las opciones son siempre las mismas y cuando llevas varios día te aburre un poco.

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad! Is zeker een aanrader.

De villa heeft een prachtig uitzicht over de rijst velden. Ligt heel rustig, maar in 10-15 minuten rijden ben je in het centrum van Ubud. Zeer vriendelijke host, maakte een lekker ontbijt voor ons klaar. Het ziet eruit zoals op de foto’s.

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio. Putu, el encargado es encantador y muy servicial, cualquier duda pudimos contactar con el por whatsapp y contestaba al momento. Tinen servicio de driver, muy atento, y también un servicio de masajes a domiciolio (200k rupias 1 hora) El desayuno estaba muy bueno, se encargaba Putu de prepararlo al momento. En general estuvo todo perfecto y sin duda repetiría

Hébergement sale, moisissures, frigo comportant de la nourriture douteuse (pourries) à se demander comment elle est conserver et depuis combien de temps. Très dangereux en terme de santé. Cheveu dans le lit, moisissures dans la douche, parole de salle de bains plus que sale. Accessibilité au logement très difficile d’accès (pas possible en voiture). Nous ne sommes pas restés devant l’état d’hygiène. Nous avons demandé le remboursement et refusé de la part du propriétaire. Nous nous demandons comment cela est possible que ce logement soit en location sur booking. Vraiment déçus car on ne s’attendait pas à découvrir cela d’après les photos du site et les commentaires des voyageurs.
