This property was just beautiful and the service was beyond excellent. We were a party of 10 including my elderly father. Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by our kind and respectful host AYU and assisted by the staff to settle in. Fresh coconut water on arrival as Ayu introduced us to our villa. She was always reliable, easy to contact and very accommodating to all our needs. The rest of the crew was just as kind always ready and willing to make us comfortable. The breakfast and dinners we scheduled were always so special, prepared timely and so delicious. It was just so nice to be able to enjoy our vacation with total relaxation. We felt so pampered with so many options for massages and manicure and pedicures in the comfort of our villa. Having our private chef prepare dinner was especially unforgettable. Chef Julia and her staff were outstanding and provided such a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our family. They were so kind to us and especially the children. The dinners provided was so special and a great way to experience Indonesian/Balinese cuisine. For our picky eaters, chef Julia helped to make special dishes. The staff was incredible and we all felt like family when they were around. The multiple rooms each with its own bathroom was just perfect. Everything was clean and anytime we needed anything, the staff was always willing to help. The layout of this villa was just so beautiful and perfect for our family. It was like our own private resort with excellent service. They provided filtered water throughout our stay which was very convenient. Our host Ayu helped book transportation, book treatments, schedule dinners, offer advice and was always available no matter what time of day. The villa was absolutely beautiful and well set up, but it was the staff Ayu, Chef Julia and the other assistants that made this vacation one of the best and memorable one for us all. We had a beautiful stay at this property Bali superhost go out of there way to make your stay wonderful. Ayu our host was incredible nothing was to much trouble for her . We asked for information on where to buy items and Ayu did the research and provided us with all the details of where to buy items recommended restaurant to eat at she was so good at providing for us . Indri was also very helpful greeting us at the villa with flowers and fruit and also organised a cake for my nephews birthday and surprised him with his room decorated with flower petals and balloons . The villa cleaners and gardener do an amazing job keeping the villa looking beautiful and clean .

The Swimming Pool was unlike any I had ever seen. The shape was super unique. We all had super fun there. The Villa was super spacious too. It had a gym which I was planning to use to the max. Everything is excellent!

The only thing which was unconvienient, was that there were no washing machines. The narrow path entering the villa was a bit tight.

Our caretaker, Ayu Cantika, was outstanding—always attentive, warm, and ready to help with anything we needed. The housekeeping staff, Pedri, kept the villa spotless every day and made sure everything felt fresh and welcoming. The breakfast chef, also named Ayu, was wonderful; she made sure breakfast was ready on time each day, and the food was always delicious and prepared with care. The villa itself was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. Although we had a water issue on the second day, the management acted quickly, sent the maintenance team, and even compensated us generously. Their professionalism and hospitality really stood out. Overall, our stay was excellent in every way, and we would highly recommend Balisuperhost and Villa Orenda to anyone visiting Bali!
