We had a beautiful stay at this property Bali superhost go out of there way to make your stay wonderful. Ayu our host was incredible nothing was to much trouble for her . We asked for information on where to buy items and Ayu did the research and provided us with all the details of where to buy items recommended restaurant to eat at she was so good at providing for us . Indri was also very helpful greeting us at the villa with flowers and fruit and also organised a cake for my nephews birthday and surprised him with his room decorated with flower petals and balloons . The villa cleaners and gardener do an amazing job keeping the villa looking beautiful and clean .

The Swimming Pool was unlike any I had ever seen. The shape was super unique. We all had super fun there. The Villa was super spacious too. It had a gym which I was planning to use to the max. Everything is excellent!
The only thing which was unconvienient, was that there were no washing machines. The narrow path entering the villa was a bit tight.

Our caretaker, Ayu Cantika, was outstanding—always attentive, warm, and ready to help with anything we needed. The housekeeping staff, Pedri, kept the villa spotless every day and made sure everything felt fresh and welcoming. The breakfast chef, also named Ayu, was wonderful; she made sure breakfast was ready on time each day, and the food was always delicious and prepared with care.
The villa itself was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. Although we had a water issue on the second day, the management acted quickly, sent the maintenance team, and even compensated us generously. Their professionalism and hospitality really stood out.
Overall, our stay was excellent in every way, and we would highly recommend Balisuperhost and Villa Orenda to anyone visiting Bali!

Die Villa ist wie auf den Abbildingen: neu, wunderschön und sehr luxuriös. Die Aussenanlagen sind ein Traum. Mineralwasser wird im Spender zur Verfügung gestellt.
Wir empfanden die Lage angenehm- etwas ausserhalb von Ubud, aber das Zentrum war gut erreichbar und sowohl Gojek als auch Grab liefern Essen.
BaliSuperHost reinigte täglich und fragte jedesmal ob wir etwas benötigen. Am ersten Tag funktionierte in einem Zimmer die Klimaanlage nicht, dies wurde umgehend behoben.
Die Aussenanlagen sind videoüberwacht.
Nichts Relevantes. Der traumhafte Pool hätte eine Spur wärmer sein können, dann hätten wir ihn abends länger genutzt. Interessant zu wissen ist eventuell: Zwei der sechs Zimmer sind im ersten Stock und mit dem Wohnzimmer/Küche in einem Gebäude. Die restlichen vier Zimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad sind separat, sie sind jeweils vom Poolbereich zu betreten. Von der Ville kann man sich nicht von Gojek/Grab abholen lassen (Verbot), nur Hinbringen oder Essenslieferungen sind möglich. Es gibt aber lokale Taxis direkt um die Ecke.
