We had the most MAGICAL stay. Every single detail was perfect and exceeded what we could have imagined. Balik was so helpful with any question or issue we had and responded really quickly whenever we needed anything.
A very important element to mention is the food from Made by Julia. Oh my goodness, we were blown away by the quality, variety and quantity of the beautiful Balinese food that she made us for breakfast and for lunch too. She always made enough for us to have snacks/leftovers after the meal. Julia is the most wonderful person, we enjoyed getting to know her and talking to her just as much as we loved her food. We felt honoured that she also took us to a Temple for a water purification ceremony that was absolutely the highlight of our trip. Thank you so much for the most incredible time in Ubud. We wish we could have stayed for a month.

Property was clean, exactly like the photos. Butler and all staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly, always willing to help and even came out during the night when one of our TVs didn’t work. We had the floating breakfast for my daughters birthday and they even organised a cake for her, we also had the dinner and Julia was fantastic!! We will definitely be staying here again
