Passable

The apartment was very modern and I can recommend it. It is central. If you close the high quality windows, it is quiet inside. Better your close the windows in the night, because one can step in the flat if the window is open. The apartment is in a small corner, only four car parks there in the night, no street, very good to sleep. There is a Nespresso machine, you can buy your own standart Nespresso compatibles in a shop. Big fridge for your milk and beer. Big cloth washing machine and small dishwasher (we did not use it.)

I was upset about the burocraty before we could enter. Normaly I book by Booking.com and then I pay and then I get the key. This would be correct. But after booking and after paying the full amount for 4 nights (non refundable!), the staff refused to give me the key code. They forced me to do burocraty and to fill out a big formulaire, to send them my passport copy and so on. Only after this I got the code for the door. So you can think about, if you want to pay all without getting the right to enter... :-(( My bad 5 point review is only for this false procedure. The flat is ok.

A great stay in a quiet area!

The flat is well furnished and situated in a really quiet area close to the city centre. The agency was flexible enough with the check-in and check-out time and this was really appreciated. Also, the flat matches the description and photos on Booking.

The car park available is really small and we struggle a bit to enter the place. It says a small car would fit and that is true. However it is more for a mini cooper from the 70s/80s for sure. It would be great to be more explicit about this.

Wonderful and really with home feel

Clean and tidy with all basic facilities in good order and for great user friendliness. Host very helpful to replace the damaged kettle once requested. Would certainly stay again when coming to Exeter next time.

Small but adequate.

Clean and comfortable. Central position. Good shower. Nice kitchen facilities.

Dark place inside, no outlook. Outdoor Stairs could be heard from indoors and above. No mirror within reach of socket for hairdryer.
