Location is excellent, and the apartments are in a beautifully renovated building. There's plenty of space for 2 people, they're well furnished and equipped, and very comfortable. Plenty of privacy and well soundproofed between the apartments. Information from the hosts was really well put together and no issues with things like key collection, access, checkout etc.
A few building works still to be completely finished (side path brings dirt into the shared areas for example), and the single glazed sash windows can sometimes let a fair bit of sound in from outside. That's part of the building character though, and to be expected in a historical city centre location.

The flat was finished to an exceptionally high standard with attention to detail. The furniture and top-quality appliances appeared to be all brand new, and having a washer/dryer was a real convenience. The location is ideal for exploring Exeter. Good communication with the friendly owner.

Tout simplement parfait. Appartement chaleureux et confortable avec tous les équipements dont on puisse rêver. Super propre, charmant et fonctionnel. On s'y sent comme à la maison ! L'emplacement est idéal, à quelques pas d'à peu près tout. Je recommande le pub Old Fire House juste à côté (attention, leurs pizzas sont énormes !). Je ne voudrai pas d'autre adresse si je reviens à Exeter.
