Great location. Lovely apartment, Spotlessly clean with all mod cons, very helpful staff when we had a small query. Milk and orange juice tea bags and coffee on arrival. Would definitely recommend.

The location is perfect. Easy walking distance to both the university of Exeter and the High street. It’s on a quiet road with a lovely outdoor patio. It was immaculately clean and equipped with all kitchen and general Appliances and gadgets to make it feel like a home from home. I needed help problem solving an urgent issue and Juliet was able to help me and was prepared to go the extra mile which I really appreciated. I would really recommend this to others looking for a great spot to explore Exeter !
It was slightly dark at certain times due to being a basement flat but did hear plenty sunshine nonetheless
