Could be better lots of drug addicts around the area

Quite central but not enough bedding very cold snd smelt of dogs x

No freezer obviously had animals there and could tell had animals not enough bedding and tvs didn’t work properly

Clean and convenient location quiet and great beds

It is not a property that can accommodate 7 it might sleep 7 but not enough space or facilities for 7. 6 dining room chairs 5 towels and 4 teaspoons! Well equipped with white goods but at the margins on everything else. V poor welcome book lots of don’t do! We were testing out for later in the year for a larger group but it wouldn’t work 5 at a squeeze

Really enjoyed the stay.

Clean and well equipped. Was easy walking distance to the city centre and the quay.

One thing the instructions for the heating was not correct. I was able to work it out but it may be worth updating the instructions so that it matches with how and where the thermostat is situated etc. thanks

A delightful home for us to stay in while on a short stay in Exeter.

All went smoothly , the house was lovely and clean with good facilities . Parking was straight forward and any questions asked prior to arrival , were answered / catered for.

Nothing to dislike but if any suggestions for improvement , maybe the amount of crockery , cutlery and cooking utensils could be increased . Also the complimentary coffee and biscuit sachets could be upgraded .

All rooms were lovely and clean. Very spacious. Good provisions in all rooms. Showers were clean too.

There was a sizable blood stain on the bed settee downstairs. Kitchen was a little dark, which needed you to put the light on.

Clean & tidy house. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Had everything we needed 🙂

The 'smoke' detector in the 2nd bedroom was very sensitive to the slightest movement and lit up frequently during the night.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Reihenhaus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer sind auch sehr praktisch. Ein wenig herausfordernd ist die Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern, die im Obergeschoss liegen. Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig in einer Reihenhaussiedlung. Zur inbegriffenen Garage muss man einige Minuten zu Fuß gehen. Immerhin ist ganz nahe bei der Garage ein Supermarkt. Die Lage westlich vom Stadtzentrum war für uns sehr praktisch: Einerseits konnte man zu Fuß die Innenstadt erreichen, andererseits waren wir bei unseren Ausflügen Richtung Westen und Südwesten schnell aus der Stadt draußen.

Nichts zu bemängeln.
