Lovely New Year Stay

The cottage was lovely - cosy warm- beautifully presented with thoughtful touches like a bottle of fizz and some selection boxes for the kids and even a bed for the dog. I'd say the online photos didn't quite do it justice. The garden is also fully enclosed which was ideal for our four legged friend. There was also a fantastic wood burning stove and a good supply of logs which we didn't use as the house was so warm all the time.

The oven was a bit tricky to master but that's probably more down to us than anything else.

Every possible attention to detail has been taken

Stunning house and gardens, couldn’t have asked for better, Welcome Basket very thoughtful, every little detail like the Scottish Soap Company soaps are a credit to how much attention to detail has been given , shop and cafe on site along with facility to use cruise boats, hop on hop off bus stop too

A very enjoyable stay in an excellent cottage.

A lovely cottage, ideal for a family holiday. The location was good - near to a good cafe and a departure point for Loch Ness boat trips, and only 5 minutes from Inverness.

There was almost nothing wrong with the property, but the oven took a long time to heat up.

Hidden gem just outside of Inverness

Fantastic cottage close to Loch Ness, walking distance from Loch Ness boat tours, east reaching Inverness, cafe and shop nearby, easy bus access to Inverness, farm shop nearby, beautiful decor. Can’t wait to return (in fact, we tried to book an extra night but it was already booked).

Accommodation was spacious and immaculate. We asked to leave our luggage for a few extra hours. This was no problem. I will almost certainly return next year. Location was perfect for us. Short drive to Inverness. Walking available from our holiday house. Absolutely loved it. We went to cycle in the Etape so we really needed comfort and relaxation. We were well catered for in this department. Literally perfect!!

Really lovely property and will definitely be back! Quiet location and lovely front and back garden. The cottage has everything you could possibly need. The games were a big hit with the kids! Was lovely and clean and all furniture was in very good condition. Beds really comfy too... Will be recommending to friends and family too.

Stunning home in perfect location

The house is beautiful. The owners have really created a comfy home that is also beautifully furnished and styled. We absolutely loved it! And want to come back next year! The location is also perfect being just 20 minutes from Inverness and Loch Ness. Perfectly located to explore Scotland!

Cozy, welcoming, super super clean , great wine glasses !

Cottage was lovely and clean and spacious. I LOVED the glasses provided for wine/water so much nicer than the typical kind you often get. Super comfy beds, amazing showers and good environmental friendly loo roll!

Only tiny thing ( and this may well be user error) is that we couldn’t get the oven to heat up sufficiently, it took us an hour to cook 4 pizzas. I loved the look and idea of the oven though!

Gorgeous, cosy cottage in a stunning location.

The cottage and location were beautiful. We went on beautiful walks during the day and had a lovely, cosy space to relax in at night.

The only thing that could have improved the cottage for us would have been a speaker so we could listen to our music, as we forgot to pack ours.
