It's a beautiful, quaint cottage and sympathetically decorated but also modern. Although compact, it ticks all the boxes for a pleasant stay. Lovely quality of crockery etc.
The steps and low ceiling from the master bedroom are a disadvantage if you need to use the bathroom in the night. Phone signal in Alderton can be patchy but the WiFi is good and you can use that as an alternative if necessary.

Very clean and everything we needed as a base to explore Suffolk.
It is very small, particularly the door heights. Garden so overgrown that it was unusable.

In a very pretty village. Lots of information about walks in the area. Comfortable beds. Full cooker in kitchen.
Low ceilings. Lack of dining chairs downstairs. Too little loo paper for 3 guests. No black out curtains.
