It’s was lovely spacious quite

Urs was dirty hot tub dirty pillow cases mouldy garden furniture mouldy the place didn’ look like her. Cleaned the owners not there to meet you dine patio doors didn’t lock the key was left under plant pot

On route to the property i received a phone call from the host stating that they weren't going to honour our booking that has previously been booked since the month of April. The reasoning behind this was that the previous guests which was staying the night before had requested to stay another night, and that we had to move to a different property, that was not up to the standard of the original booking that we had payed for in advance. This has caused me unnecessary stress and disappointment as i have booked this for my 21st birthday celebrations with friends and family. I specifically chose the original house as i have previously stayed there 2 times before and have found it to be very functional and pleasurable stay. As we arrived at the second property 5 minutes away from the original house, we encountered another issue. As we walked in there were people already in the house. We advised the people in the house that the house was booked for us and they were arguing back that it was booked for them which caused us further stress regarding our stay. At this point I didn't want to stay there at all but a visit from our host sorted this issue. I am seeking a refund for our stay as we are aware that the property we got moved to was priced considerably lower than what we payed for the original property. I believe a full refund will compensate the unnecessary stress and disruption to what was meant to be a day full of celebrations with friends and family in our preferred booking. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism from your listed hosts and as a result will not be booking through yourselves again. I am unable to understand why our booking wasn't honoured and why the host agreed for the other guests to stay an extra night when it was already booked.

Will come again, highly recommend

The house exceeded our expectations, I couldn't believe we had managed to get such a nice place on such short notice in August!! We were supposed to be going camping but the weather put us off so this house was our second plan and we were all so happy to be there. The hot tub was great and the house was spotless. We will definitely be returning 😊

nothing really, the mattresses could do with changing maybe as some of them were a bit springy and the one felt as though the springs had completely gone and was more like sleeping in a hammock but for one night it really wasn't an issue at all.

A great house for a group short break just outside Aber

A very spacious property not far from Aber, plenty of room for a group to spend time together but also doing their own things. Plenty of room to park. The hot tub was absolutely fantastic, a real highlight.

The pool table was a little disappointing - a small room and all the cues were broken. The beds were a little uncomfortable as the ‘doubles’ were two singles put together and some had different mattress heights so we fell down the middle. The house was generally clean but could have been a bit cleaner in places such as bathrooms.

Amazing excellent place

Everything. Furnishings were of really good quality. Bed was comfortable with a great night's sleep had. Very clean. Hot tub was warm for when we got there. Pool table was great.

The only criticism is that pool cues need some attention as a couple of them didn't have tips on them. Also no chalk.

A great stay, glad we found this house!!

The house was excellent, very clean and had everything we needed. All rooms were spacious, well decorated and had modern furniture. It had great facilities, we enjoyed playing pool and relaxing in the hot tub. We will definitely be returing if in the area again.

A lot of money for not a lot

The three story house was lovely, the set up amazing with almost a separate granny annex downstairs so we could keep the dogs out of the main part of the house.

The garden was not secure and the owner was expecting us to walk the dogs in the garden on a lead so they could do their business, we almost didn't stay. The owner did manage to sort an area on the patio for us to use as one of our dogs will not go to the toilet unless she's comfortable and that's not on a lead. Parts of the house weren't finished, exposed areas of plasterboard in the utility and kitchen. A building site next door, (which we were not aware of) a complete mess with fencing that was down (rectified later) and therefore enabling people/animals to get over there and hurt themselves or more. The house was not secure from the drive either, one morning woke up to chickens parading in the garden. The dryer didn't work, washing machine leaked, drawer handles missing, cracks in walls could go on....attention to detail was missing and when I go away I expect as I'm spending £450 per night that the accommodation is better than where I live and this wasn't. Disappointed is the word.

the house is nicely furnished

when we arrived there were blue bottle flies on the window sill in the bedrooms upstairs and on the carpet. I think they came from the fan in the bathroom, I hoovered them up but it wasn’t particular nice to be greeted by lots of flies in the bedroom. also the hot tub doesn’t work properly - only one jet works in the corner.
