Tout était propre, chauffage et eau chaude parfait. Le spa et le jaccuzi étaient disponibles et parfaitement entretenus. la priorité est vraiment grande et nous avons apprécié le calme et la proximité des boutiques, de la mer tout en étant à la campagne.

en arrivant de nuit il était un peu difficile de trouver la propriété exacte car les noms sur les plaques nécessitaient de la lumière et la propriété était accessible en rentrant entièrement dans le lotissement.

Lovely location - walking distance from Prifysgol Aberystwyth Uni - beautiful scenic routes to the town and to Clarach from the property. Especially lovely sunset views from the balcony. Very clean facilities. Good package of cleaning and sanitary essentials on arrival - all needed provided. Easy to find. Easy arrangements for arrival and entry. Great communication. Great effort made to give guests a good experience. Thank you! We liked the effort made to give a history of Aberystwyth in the welcome book.

We could not find any instructions on how to use the microwave and dishwasher. Big apologies if they were right under our noses and we missed them, as everything else was so thorough. We were fine, but some guests might struggle to use those appliances without a little guide, so sorry if we missed this. Overall , all was great.

The hot tub was a bonus and house had most things we needed. Location was great to get into Aber or surrounding areas by car though be aware that walking out of the site is quite dangerous as no footpath - a short distance to the main road /shop /bus stop but not pleasant/safe.! Swimming pool was good for teenagers.

One of the beds was not very comfortable at all and one of the upstairs bathroom lights didn't work on arrival though they did sort this quickly. Another shower leaked into the kitchen below so we stopped using it and the kitchen was missing some basic things like a potato masher and teapot! Just felt like it needed some tlc. Recycling instructions/bins were also lacking
