Super holiday house

Lovely location - walking distance from Prifysgol Aberystwyth Uni - beautiful scenic routes to the town and to Clarach from the property. Especially lovely sunset views from the balcony. Very clean facilities. Good package of cleaning and sanitary essentials on arrival - all needed provided. Easy to find. Easy arrangements for arrival and entry. Great communication. Great effort made to give guests a good experience. Thank you! We liked the effort made to give a history of Aberystwyth in the welcome book.

We could not find any instructions on how to use the microwave and dishwasher. Big apologies if they were right under our noses and we missed them, as everything else was so thorough. We were fine, but some guests might struggle to use those appliances without a little guide, so sorry if we missed this. Overall , all was great.

An excellent property for a large family group.

The location and the facilities. The bedrooms were very good, all with en-suite facilities. The lounge and kitchen area was very well equipped, eg with full sized cooker, American style fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher and plenty of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. We used the hot tub too. Parking was available right next to the property. Other facilities, such as a laundry were available, but we didn’t use it as we only stayed for two nights.

More lighting around the hot tub area would be helpful for dark winter evenings.

property was comfortable, well-maintained, had well-supplied amenities and staff was responsive to questions and concerns. the pool was a great way to end each day, followed by the unit’s own hot tub.

the only issue was unreliable wifi. it was not sufficient to uphold a web-search reliably.

An amazing getaway with the family

We had such a good time during our stay. Perfectly located for family days out. Facilities are great too, weather dependent (we were lucky to have the sun). The staff were lovely and overall it was just an easy stress-free process from start to finish.

Brilliant trip with our support bubble

The cottage was spacious and had a private hot tub with a sun terrace. It was located close to Aberystwyth and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Everything we needed was provided and a staff member came round to see us to welcome us. The place was spotless and the top bedroom even had a jacuzzi bath. We will definitely be booking again.
