Was tricky to find our exact accommodation once we arrived on site even though it was daylight. Could do with better signage Difficult to make use of hot tub and pool was closed as out of season

Needs updating.

Good location. Clean bedding and towels.

Bathrooms in bad condition... toilet seat not staying up... mould...bits missing off back of seat... generally very poor finish. Fridge dirty...door shelf broken so would hold milk etc. Communal barbecue mouldy. Kitchen cupboards falling apart. Big concern if there were a fire as the communal extinguisher was in shocking condition!!!

Large rooms with loads of space. Own hot tub was a bonus also decent sized pool which was heated

Clean but tired.

Very clean bedding & towels. Good size kitchen, stocked well with cooking pans, utensils, etc. Host arrived quickly once contacted about certain issues with microwave & lights. Hot water available whenever tap/shower turned on. Good shower pressure. Massive upstairs room with double bed & 2 twin beds.

Microwave had to be replaced immediately due to rust inside it! TV didn't work in the bedroom downstairs. Lights didn't work in 2 en suites. Host attended quickly once we notified of issues. They attempted to replace light bulbs but was unable too. Instead supplied temporary hand held lights which weren't really suitable. 2nd night, big light in big upstairs room also failed. Host said she would return next day, but didn't, despite being on site. As we were only staying 2 nights, I didn't contact them again.

Superb

Stayed for 3 nights for the National Scooter Rally and it was ideal for our needs, close to the University, only a short ride from the centre of Aberystwyth. Very pleased with the location and the facilities were great. Clean and comfortable with a outdoor pool and hottub.

to be fair it was pretty dirty. the back of the beds haven’t seen a Hoover for years! the fridge needed a clean too.

it was lovely that it fitted us all, quality family time. Pool added bonus.

Not far from town centre but steep hill on return journey. We took vehicles.

Cleanliness should be on point for amount paid.. Oven was broke, only the top half worked, reported pretty much when we got there but never got fixed, realised then two rings on the hob were also broke. Hard when you're trying to cook for 8. Downstairs shower had to be mopped otherwise we would have been flooded, drain not strong enough. Furniture very dated and settee's sunken. Fridge got delivered after we arrived so we couldn't let it settle like you should for 12 hrs as had shopping.
