Location and facilities are absolutely fantastic

Very spacious, beds comfortable. Convenient for the coast and shops. Spectacular views over hills. Hot tub was fab.

We booked accommodation for our sons Graduation- the bungalow was conveniently close to Aberystwyth, but not in the middle of town, so a good quiet location with nice countryside views.

We were informed of a broken shower curtain, ahead of arrival, which was fine. We were not informed that many of the bedside lights were not working, that the extractor fan in the main en-suite was not working, causing that room to smell badly of damp, that the light in another en-suite was so dim that it was not possible to use the room unless you were happy to do so in the dark. A large hall cupboard door fastenings were so loose that it kept sagging open and had to be wedged shut with tissues to prevent the danger of accidentally walking into it. Kitchen equipment was really dirty, so it could not be used, and there were many cobwebs and harvestman spiders in the lounge and several other rooms, so the cleaning regime needs drastic improvement. Of most concern, we noticed that in the main lounge, something on the ceiling had been wrapped in tinfoil. We first thought it was some sort of vent, then realised it was the smoke detector. The manual provided asked us to strip beds and place them in clear bags, which could be found under the sink. There were no bags, but the under sink cupboard had some kind of dirty spillage that had definitely not been cleaned up in a long time - yuck. We stripped the beds and popped them inside them inside the pillow case. Used towels were left together in the bath of the main bathroom. For a family break on the occasion of our sons graduation ceremony, we paid £900 for a TWO NIGHT STAY.. This was shockingly bad value, and we were very, very disappointed, feeling we had been ripped off. We have video and photographic proof of all details above, but have only been able to add a few pictures. Other potential customers should know the state of this place, which is demanding such a high charge. It will also cause me to be very cautious about booking through Booking.com in the future if the above is deemed a suitable standard for such a premium charge. Very poor.

It is a fantastic home with everything you need. It has a great, safe and secluded location for children and pets. Beautiful views and an amazing hot-tub. We will definitely come back.

Unfortunately the people before us left a large amount of ciggie stumps all across the grass and due to us having a 3yr old and a puppy had to go around and gather them up. Also there was un-recycled rubbish in recycling bins so although we recycled ours this will be an inconvenience for the owner. We stripped bedding before we left but could not find bags under sink to place washing in. None of which was owners fault and we would love to return.

Amazing location, nice and private. Good facilities.

There were a couple dead bugs in the pool room upon arrival. However, this doesn’t take away from the experience. Just some constructive criticism.

Everything was perfect—the size of the property and the location were just right. The pool was excellent, and the water was nice and warm. The house was also very clean. Highly recommend!

The bungalow was very spacious with everything we needed. The hot tub was a added bonus everyone loved it.
