Spacious bedroom with great views, quiet location. Free parking with plenty of room. The pub was within walking distance for dinner, and we brought supplies for breakfast - great facilities in the conservatory.

The property was relaxed with pretty surroundings. I liked the fact that there was ample free parking, and the checking in system very easy. There was a member of staff available to help on the phone.

The room was fine, all clean inside. Suitable for me as a disabled guest. Ground floor, wet room type shower. Beautiful setting and convenient for Aberystwyth. There was a conservatory we could use to sit or eat food.

No map to find room, or explanation of set up on arrival. Obstacles (black bags, hoover and implements in the middle of corridor, and specifically in front of our room door), leaving us unsure what to do. No one around. Had to phone another site for assistance. There was a small kitchen area in the conservatory, with dishes. But no sinc o'r soap and tea towel to wash them. So posed a problem for washing up, as they specifically said they were to be left clean. Had to carry to room, with difficulty as I'm on sticks or wheelchair, wash, dry and return. Made us wonder if the dishes we had used were as clean as they should be. The staff turned up before checking out time, and watched us struggling with luggage. No offer to help. Most places we stay are much more helpful. All in all, not a welcoming feeling. Teething problems maybe? As I think they were just switching to offsite servicing. But I have to admit, I was very uneasy.
