Proprietor, Shan very friendly and welcoming, Nice clean room, comfortable super king bed, clean ensuite shower room, plenty of hot water, Nice fresh cooked breakfast, with a good choice of food.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of dishes, all cooked/prepared freshly. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The host was very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting places to eat and visit in the area.
Road directions of the property. The property is on a road off the address listed. The postcode does not get you nearer. However a phone call to the host corrected that and we were not that far away.

Lovely farm setting
Shan was a terrific host. So friendly and helpful. The view was lovely, in the midst of a farm with horses grazing outside your window. The breakfast was sumptuous and parking was easy. We felt very welcome.
Really remote. The village has no pubs or shops. Just a tiny community. You definitely need a car as there is a bus service till 6 pm only. Worked for us as we enjoyed the peace. Enjoyed the side trips to Aberystwth . The shower was a bit cramped.
