The location.

The house is poorly maintained, it's neglected. No cleaning stuff, has a smoke smell and a very dirty carpet. I would not recommend this house at all. We were all disappointed, not worth the amount of money we paid. We wanted to check out on the same day, look for another better place.

The stay was good. The house is big, kid friendly and has the perfect location. The host was so accommodating and helpfu

The house was as advertised. We enjoyed the safe location, the view, the balcony, uninterrupted wifi and close proximity to shops and the sea.

Braai area must be moved to the front or get a gas braai or webber. Also maybe two queens size beds and only make two rooms with single beds.

Excellent venue and prime views of Table Mountain.

Prompt meeting of the host. The site was situated in an excellent location. The home was comfortable and allowed for excellent views of Table mountain.

The ability to accommodate an early exit from the property. A lack of timely communication from the host could’ve prevented a later departing from the property.

It was a average stay

1 I would have liked the wifi to reach the rooms downstairs 2 maybe more pots to accommodate cooking for a group of 10 people 3 handheld shower in downstairs bathroom didn't work well, the water pressure on showers were not very strong 4 no glass tumblers, there was a cabinet with wine glasses etc and it was locked 5. I would have liked a TV in the downstairs room atleast 6.and atleast a second set of keys because it becomes hard if there is a large group and not all people are going to the same place at the same time

The property was a ocean view that could see Table Mountain . Blessing the point of contact was amazing .

Beautiful and comfortable place to be in except for the few issues.

It is a self catering house. The location of the property is excellent. The space and room sizes are excellent. The beach and restaurants, shops around the house was perfect. Transport is available. The view from the house and dolphins nearby was awesome. It is a peaceful and quiet area to be on holiday.

There were a few things we didn't like ie 1) the shower in the upstairs room was difficult to use as the shower head was too small. The rack fell off. 2) The burglar guards were not wiped and should be cleaned. The burglar guards should be painted. 3) The kettle switch is faulty. 4) There was no internet dispite us complaining. However, the agent did try to assist but for some reason it did not work except for one day. 5) The house was dusty and should be thoroughly cleaned.6) The wooden floor was poorly fitted when you walked on it. 7) The lounge lampshade switch was faulty. Finally booking.com had an incorrect cell number.
