Location is excellent, close to the beach and restaurants. The BBQ area is also shielded from the coastal winds and has a great view of table mountain and the ocean, which is great. Top floor amenities were excellent, lower level was adequate but a better coffee machine would be appreciated, especially for the prices being charged.
Simple things need a bit of attention for example a soap holder in the shower would be good. A glass door or even curtain on the lower level shower would also assist in the floors not getting wet. The shower windows of the bottom level did not open so was always a bit damp, also no extraction fan.
There is no pedestrian access to the property, only through the main motorised gate, which is noisy when used. It would be really great to have a pedestrian gate with key or pin access. Its also annoying to always have to carry a remote with you to open the gate. Especially with large groups of people and young people going out at night and returning.
