Holiday Apartment, Balloch, Loch Lomond

Excellent location, lovely apartment with everything needed.

It was like home from home. Very quick response to queries. Very comfortable, quiet and convenient. Lots of little things thought of and provided.

The location was marvelous for walking to the large Co-op and into the centre of Balloch and the magnificent Balloch country park which borders Loch Lomond. Well worth a visit with enormous monkey puzzle trees, walled gardens, playground and lovely grounds. The flat was very well furnished with a lovely kitchen and large fridge etc. Very modern and rather swish. There is a walkway which leads straight to the main road and saves all the turns you make by road. The neighbours were friendly and the area was very quiet. I would stay here again.

Carrying the luggage up and down the stairs but we did know it was a first floor flat. There is parking just outside but it is shared by the whole street so sometimes the only spaces weren't just close to the door. Only a problem at the beginning and end of your stay. also the lighting in the lounge was rather dim for reading (but OK for the TV).
