Lovely well appointed apartment with a wonderful host.

Apartment is in a great location and very quiet. Car parking outside of apartment was convenient. Apartment was well furnished and everything you needed for the kitchen provided. Patrick was a very good host who communicated quickly to any queries.

A lovely flat in an interesting area

The flat is in an interesting area. When you arrive it is in a poor council estate which I did not expect but you should not be put off by this because it is well positioned to use as a base. Part of our experience was coloured by the fact that one of us was very ill so we did not experience all we could

Beautiful apartment with great access Loch Lomond and the Trossachs

The apartment is superbly furnished and very comfortable. There was everything that you could need for a self catering stay and the bed was really comfy. The location is 3 minutes from a co-op and great to access loch Lomond and the Trossachs.

Initial impressions were a bit bleak, as the block of flats isn't that inspiring. However, it was very peaceful with plenty of parking, and overall a lovely stay.

A fantastic, modern flat in a great location.

Fantastic modern apartment with great facilities in a great location really close to the centre of Balloch. Patrick was a great host who was very responsive to all my communication. We loved the small touches such as biscoff biscuits and lots of coffee pods options.

This apartment has everything that you need (and more). It is large, very clean and Patrick is very a very helpful host with clear instructions for arrival and departure. Plenty of parking is always available. A real find for anyone visiting the area.

Absolutely perfect

Great location. The host was very well organised. Great communication at the beginning and at the end of our stay. the Apartment has everything you could want and more. The attention to detail was outstanding. There is no doubt that we will be back next year.

The only thing i would change is to have the smart tv in the lounge and the freeview tv in the bedroom

Wonderful home away from home!

This flat is just perfect for a wee get away! We arrived by train which is under 10 mins walk and it was instantly cosy. The flat has been finished to a high standard and really has everything you could need. Comfortable bed and sofa, kitchen with everything you need for cooking meals while you stay, including dishwasher. The location of the flat is ideal for exploring more of Balloch plus a bus stop 4 mins away if you want to go to Luss or further afield. We will absolutely be recommending this accommodation to friends and hope to be back in the future!

There wasn't anything that caused us problems or felt missing while we were here. We cooked meals and had all the equipment we'd need without having to bring things with us or buy anything.

Amazing location and apartment.

The owner was great with communication and instructions on how to get into the property. Inside you couldn't ask for anything more, clean, modern and very well presented.He made it obvious that he would be at the end of the phone for anything needed, but not in an intrusive way. Thank you for a great weekend stay.

Comfortable stay in a nice apartment

The apartment was on the first floor. It was nice, roomy and comfortable. Having a washing machine was also very handy. We had good communication with the host who was friendly. Internet speed was good. The parking was easy outside the apartment.

There were 18 or so stairs to the apartment. This wasn’t a problem for us but might be for some people. The location was in an area that was not very attractive.

The apartment was in a quiet residential location but near to loch lomond, local attractions, restaurants and supermarkets. Bus terminal is also nearby next to Co op supermarket. We explored the balloch area and went to Luss and duck bay

The apartment was well furnished with a plentiful supply of equipment in the kitchen, including a coffee maker. The bed was comfortable. The bedroom had lots of drawer space and hangers were provided in the wardrobe. The shower worked well, and toiletries were supplied by the owner should you require them. Parking was never an issue, even though the apartment is surrounded by other properties.

Excellent accommodation, excellent location and well hosted by Patrick. Myself and my partner really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to any couples looking to visit Loch Lomond for a break away. The apartment was well equipped with all essentials and more, perfectly located with restaurants, takeaways and shops all within walking distance and transport links were also close by making for easy exploring of such a beautiful part of the country. There was also ample parking outside the apartment making for easy access with unpacking and packing. Patrick was extremely professional, attentive and helpful whilst keeping a respectful distance. We will be looking to return again in the future.
