Fantatsic property - have stayed before and will again.

The house was beautiful, the facilities were excellent. The bedrooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. Excellent location. Fantatsic for families and for couples.

Location of the TV outside - couldnt see it due to being inline of the sun.

Relaxing Stay

Lovely property. Beautifully done out. Big comfy bed in main bedroom and lovely bath and shower. Was nice to have a welcome pack on arrival with some treats and to have tea and coffee provided. Enjoyed using the hot tub and having a real fire.

Idyllic stay

Really superb accomodation. High class fittings, very spacious and suitable for say 2 couples holidaying together as both bedrooms large with en suite facilities. Showers very good. Beds very comfy and large. Super hot tub with a TV! 3 minutes drive from Bowness and walkable. Lovely quiet country situation

Absolutely everything, beautiful property, really spacious. Real luxury. Loved that there was a Christmas tree, made it extra cosy. Everything you need to make a fire. The bath is the main bathroom is huge! 5 minutes from windemere and brockhole. Would love to come back soon.

OMG - perfection!

We needed a last minute stop off for our journey to Scotland. This exquisite property was kinda out of our usual budget, but my goodness, you get what you pay for! The fact that the property accommodated me (single mum) and my 15 year old boy / girl twins and our little doggie too, in such a luxurious manner was worth every penny. The building is steeped in history and the attention to original features was very respectful. The decor throughout is simply classy. For the standards to be so high and the hosts so relaxed about pets, makes this property even more special; that's really cool! So we stayed one night, and when the economy picks up and my business brings in more cashflow, we are coming back for longer! THE BEDS WERE SO VERY DEEPLY COMFORTABLE! The showers were beautiful. Extremely clean throughout. Thank you for the Prosecco! We didn't use the hot tub but would've if staying longer. It was all really lovely. We all loved it. Happy memories!

The property itself was very nicely designed and at a great location. The kitchen, bedrooms & living room were great

The property was very clean, we had snacks laid out on the table when arriving which was a great touch. The property was very nicely designed and the living room was cosy.

We experienced one issue where the outside TV & hot tub had shut off at 11pm (without anything saying it will be shut off at certain times) & then at 4am the outside TV & Hot Tub came back on, which had music blasting loud from the tv meaning I had to run outside in the rain to turn it off after being woken up. This was the only downside of the experience.
