The cottage was very well located - right near the lake front and the beds and bedding was very good. The lounge was very nicely done and the kitchen was well equiped with utensils.
There was only one toilet/shower to share between us - however we managed okay.

Key's we're ready for collection when we arrived, half hour early.
Dinning room carpet needs a good clean, and Dinning room fire place wall needs a good coat of paint as its obviously had water damage, apart from that i would 💯 recommend.

Amazing location - so close to the lakes and cruises etc but also amongst the shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs Bowness has to offer. Despite its central location the property was quiet and peaceful. The parking space was very useful as parking spaces are limited in the area. Spacious bedrooms - with ample space for 5 guests to sleep comfortably.
There were issues upon arrival as there had been a mistake and the property had not been cleaned and there were no clean towels or bedding. There was a smell of damp - especially downstairs and the decor could do with updating.
