We stayed here for the first time in September and everything was wonderful, so we returned in November. Before arriving, we got a call saying our apartment would be ready early, which was lovely. The receptionist was extremely polite, friendly and professional. We also saw Bob the resident cat who is absolutely beautiful. We met him in September and bought items from the shop to help towards his rent and food :-). The apartment was wonderfully clean, tidy and spacious. We had been upgraded to a bigger apartment and it was sooo nice. Very modern, lovely decor, lots of rooms, terrace and so much space. Comfy beds and all the facilities that you will need. We couldn't remember how to sort the central heating so rang reception and almost instantly Gary the maintenance man appeared. He was very friendly, genuine, informative and helpful...nothing was too much trouble...a lovely gentleman indeed! Very good customer care. Hapimag is approx a 5 minute walk to the centre of Bowness, so a great location. Great value for money. We will definitely return. Highly recommended*****

Nice weekend spoiled by lousy weather but that’s hardly the fault of the apartment!!

The original apartment was not what we booked. We asked for outside space and told them we had dogs and they gave us an apartment that was practically inaccessible for them. However they were able to change it to a more suitable space and did so without any issues.

Once moved, nothing really. It was a lovely apartment but they should explain where you are allocated before arriving.

Superb accommodation with lovely staff and close to the town centre.

Beautiful large apartments that were very clean and close to the town centre. Ther staff were really nice staff too, answering all our queries and very helpful.

The spa with the swimming pool was a drive away so not very convenient and charged for the use of towels.

Great location. Spacious apartment for family of four within easy reach of a range of activities to suit all ages - Escape Rooms, Lake Trips, walks, shops & restaurants etc. Grounds are well maintained, parking is very convenient beside apartments. Would highly recommend.

Not a huge issue but housekeeping had clearly missed some cobwebs in their cleaning routine! Could have used another tray for oven use but otherwise we have absolutely no complaints.

More spacious than expected. Fantastic location out of of the main area of Bowness but only a couple of minutes walk into it.

Great self catering family accommodation in the heart of Lake Windermere.

Lovely location within a really short walking distance of the town centre and all the facilities. Accommodation was lovely and ideal for family with teenage children. Basically you can walk into town in no more than a couple of minutes and don't have to join the chaos of trying to find parking. Offered a delivery of fresh bread and croissants for collection from reception in the morning which were delicious. Loads of space for a family with teenage kids. Loved it.

It was great, if we are being picky things like the carpet are getting a bit worn out, and there was a slight damp smell in the lower bedroom/bathroom, but this part of the accommodation is basically a basement so kind of expected, overall very happy and only listing these as you have specifically asked what we didn't like.

The toile/shower room had an awful smell and could have been cleaner - there was urine under the seat (so it hasn’t been cleaned) and spider webs by the shower

Lovely little hideaway .perfect for a family getaway

Lovely apartments, very clean. shower. Super king bed, tv in the bedroom and a big smart tv in the lounge. Kitchen had everything you could need, patio doors into a wee patio with chairs and a table. Little amenities such as soap and shower gels,coffee teas etc all available in the apartment. A very short walk to Windermere lake excellent location.little tuck shop in the office with all essentials available dog friendly also at a charge of 50 per stay. There’s a play park on site for the kiddies we didn’t use it but it is available

The apartment was red hot even though was ground floor and no heating on . It was however warm outside also. Water was piping hot,I think boiled kettle water is cooler than the tap water,not necessarily a negative but just to be careful when using . Superking bed wasn’t very comfortable for myself although my partner said it was fine for him,depends on your preference

The outside balcony wasn't usable for us as it was very dirty, lots of cobwebs and leaves etc, the outside furniture was very unstable and likely to fall apart if the chairs were sat on. We have a small dog who could have easily have fallen through the railings

Wonderful clean and neat apartments. Very close to the lake which is a very big advantage.You get all the amenities and the whole park where the apartments are situated are maintained to a very top level. This was our second time that we stayed here and will be coming back for sure

The check in time should be an hour early but otherwise nothing negative about the property.

Initially left the keys for a studio and not apartment as booked . Contacted and was given keys for another “ emergency “ Apartment which was in need of work , dirty carpets and broken balcony . This was changed the next day for another which was better but not immaculate . Only there for 3 nights but this disruption on checking in after travelling 3.5hrs was annoying.

The location and ease of access given we arrived late. As well as a courtesy call to see if we fancied late checkout. Everything is literally walking distance and I’d strongly recommend you park your car up in the allotted bays and commute on foot.

The apartment was a good size and in a good location

There were a lot of hidden costs. £15 for a cot in the room is something I’ve never ever had to pay when I’ve been away with my baby before. I think it’s shocking to charge a baby for a place to sleep. Especially considering the fact we paid over £400 for 2 nights. Also £50 for a dog was extremely expensive considering that there was nothing provided for the dog other than a small bag of treats. No dog bed, food bowl or water bowl etc.

Only a short walk into the centre and the lake. Peaceful apartment and lovely gardens. Well equipped kitchen. Parking space outside the apartment.

The only thing I would say was that the floor in our apartment wasn’t cleaned properly.
