Kitchen was great, and liked the layout of the apartment, close to centre and lake,

The sheets on the bed had stains , looked like make up possibly something else on the bottom sheet and pillow, the coffee table leg was wobbly. Advertises Advertised a swimming pool but is not on the site. Make this clearer

Glorious cosy cottage resort, in super location

Great reception customer service, great overall communication. Apartment is in a secluded area with great parking, and is presented to a high standard. The living area is spacious, the kitchen well stocked with everything we could have needed. The bedroom is comfy with tons of storage, and the bathroom is exceptional. Despite the cold weather, the heating provision meant we were never cold.

The decor is beginning to look a little dated, but this didn't impact our overall stay. In colder seasons, some extra blankets would make this even better.

Great lodge in a great location, ideally situated for the local shops, bars and restaurants.

Reception office was welcoming and the receptionist was really polite, helpful and explained things about our lodge and stay well.

Excellent Stay, highly recommend

The time I entered the property till I left the property the management team welcomed me with a happy smile and assisted wherever needed. Checkin time is at 4 pm but they let us check in by 1 pm itself as the room was ready. The apartment was clean, value for money, near to the Bowness pier.

Hapimag is a happy place !!

The location is ideal for walks into Bowness or the surrounding area, a brilliant set up with numerous types of appartments all of which are clean and tidy and well equipped. The staff are top of the list as they help out and are easy to speak to all the time, we had an issue with the wifi in our designated apartment, the engineer was there in no time and when he could'nt get it working we were upgraded to a bigger apartment within a stones throw of where we were. Pet friendly and an ideal location just to chill and go for a wander with the pooch!! This place to me is my happy place, no fuss, no issue, good facilities and brilliant staff..........

A lovely place to stay and great location.

Enjoyed staying here with my three children, booked a two bed apartment and was surprised to find that we'd been given a three bed house! It was perfect, lovely and warm, very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Oh and the location was absolutely perfect for us, just a couple of minutes walk into Bowness.

We stayed here for the first time in September and everything was wonderful, so we returned in November. Before arriving, we got a call saying our apartment would be ready early, which was lovely. The receptionist was extremely polite, friendly and professional. We also saw Bob the resident cat who is absolutely beautiful. We met him in September and bought items from the shop to help towards his rent and food :-). The apartment was wonderfully clean, tidy and spacious. We had been upgraded to a bigger apartment and it was sooo nice. Very modern, lovely decor, lots of rooms, terrace and so much space. Comfy beds and all the facilities that you will need. We couldn't remember how to sort the central heating so rang reception and almost instantly Gary the maintenance man appeared. He was very friendly, genuine, informative and helpful...nothing was too much trouble...a lovely gentleman indeed! Very good customer care. Hapimag is approx a 5 minute walk to the centre of Bowness, so a great location. Great value for money. We will definitely return. Highly recommended*****

Nice weekend spoiled by lousy weather but that’s hardly the fault of the apartment!!

The original apartment was not what we booked. We asked for outside space and told them we had dogs and they gave us an apartment that was practically inaccessible for them. However they were able to change it to a more suitable space and did so without any issues.

Once moved, nothing really. It was a lovely apartment but they should explain where you are allocated before arriving.

Superb accommodation with lovely staff and close to the town centre.

Beautiful large apartments that were very clean and close to the town centre. Ther staff were really nice staff too, answering all our queries and very helpful.

The spa with the swimming pool was a drive away so not very convenient and charged for the use of towels.

Great location. Spacious apartment for family of four within easy reach of a range of activities to suit all ages - Escape Rooms, Lake Trips, walks, shops & restaurants etc. Grounds are well maintained, parking is very convenient beside apartments. Would highly recommend.

Not a huge issue but housekeeping had clearly missed some cobwebs in their cleaning routine! Could have used another tray for oven use but otherwise we have absolutely no complaints.

More spacious than expected. Fantastic location out of of the main area of Bowness but only a couple of minutes walk into it.

Great self catering family accommodation in the heart of Lake Windermere.

Lovely location within a really short walking distance of the town centre and all the facilities. Accommodation was lovely and ideal for family with teenage children. Basically you can walk into town in no more than a couple of minutes and don't have to join the chaos of trying to find parking. Offered a delivery of fresh bread and croissants for collection from reception in the morning which were delicious. Loads of space for a family with teenage kids. Loved it.

It was great, if we are being picky things like the carpet are getting a bit worn out, and there was a slight damp smell in the lower bedroom/bathroom, but this part of the accommodation is basically a basement so kind of expected, overall very happy and only listing these as you have specifically asked what we didn't like.

Good location, dedicated parking space. Beds were quite comfortable.

The toile/shower room had an awful smell and could have been cleaner - there was urine under the seat (so it hasn’t been cleaned) and spider webs by the shower
