Lake House Loft

Very well kept property, Lovely kitchen and bedrooms with a lot of light. Fantastic gardens to explore outside, and just a short walk to Ferry Nab for some watersports and swimming! The flat has 2 exclusive parking spaces for big groups.

The managing company sent SO many messages that the directions to the flat was lost in the avalanche... Please do send specific messages with instructions instead of burying them in other information. Also, a more specific address would be greatly appreciated, as the postcode and address as "Windermere" does not help much at all

Impressive building, set back from the road. Good parking (two allocated spaces). Generally good facilities. Limited view of the lake (between trees) from two rooms. Bed soft but comfortable. The whole flat was warm despite having the windows open.

The map showed that the property was on the lake side of the road, which made it difficult to find when we first arrived. The instructions for location and finding the key were in an email but not on the (Booking) app. The email does give details of location but it has a dark background and is difficult to read. The key safe was awkward to open and the heavy front dropped down on my fingers when opened. I’ve never experienced a flat of this size without a (clothes) washing machine. I did notice it wasn’t mentioned on the app when I was checking over the booking just before travelling; I sent a message asking about it, but the message was never answered.

It is like a home from home inside. The views were stunning. I would definitely book again.

The central staircase could do with decorating which was underway while we were there.

Value for money good property

We really enjoy the property but as per our experience every apartment or house we booked earlier they do have cleaning chemicals and Hoover to clean up before we leave as that is mandatory and they inform us to clean before we leave but there is not such materials to clean up 😒😒😒 And one of the room don’t have ceiling light working so used table lamp for whole stay
