Great location, such a lovely, clean and cosy farmhouse. Good correspondence from the hosts via msg.
The only downside was no downstairs toilet.

Lovely property with plenty of parking for a large group. Clean, everything we needed in the kitchen. Hot tub was great. Had a small issue with the alarm going off whilst we were out the property but the owner was straight on it when we contacted. A set of keys was also accidentally left by one guest and the owner was so helpful finding them and getting them posted straight out to us.

Such a cosy, comfortable cottage - felt like a home away from home! Good bedroom sizes, plenty of space for everyone & a fab hot tub!

Location great
Very upset to find Ground floor bedroom smelling of damp with a Fan heater only form of heating plus a De-humidifier addressing damp issue. Therefore, would class that room as out of use! Had to Check-in after 4.00 pm as cleaners running late. Crockery chipped, corkscrew broken needed replacing - jagged edge which could easily cut someone. Needed more wine glasses & cutlery.
