Perfect relaxing luxury comfortable break!

Sometimes you go places that never quite look as good as the photos. This isn’t one of those places! Beautiful quality decor throughout. Well thought out, had everything you could possibly need. The welcome basket was lovely- plenty of dishwasher and laundry tablets, coffee pods, nice teas/ biscuits and even little dog welcome packs! Beds were comfortable, really nice showers. The hot tub was lovely. All very nice and clean. UK luxury breaks who dealt with the booking were amazing! Quick replies and gave us all the info we needed in good time. We were a group of workmates who really needed a nice relaxing break and this was everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend this place! Such good value for money and everyone was impressed!

The location was amazing, lovely views from the balcony and great space for a group of friends

Cleaning could have been better, there was a lack of toilet roll, and the towels were not great quality at all felt more like a blanket proving difficult to dry. I would suggest taking your own. Unable to use the sofa covers as they were wet from being left outside

Accommodation not worth the money but the Lakes itself is a beautiful place

Spacious and the location is fantastic. Aesthetically modern with some minor faults like wallpaper peeling in the bathroom.

For the price I would have expected there to be at least some loo roll and handwash/toiletries. There was not a single loo roll across 3 toilets. No toiletries were included. On arrival, we were greeted with dirty garden furniture and cobwebs. It was a sunny day, I would have expected the garden furniture to be clean or attempted to have been cleaned. Outdoors chairs on the balcony were also dirty. Unpleasant smell in the kitchen. Beds were very creaky. Definitely not worth the money.

Fantastic location near all local amenities, great property, nicely furnished and decorated. Could be great with a little more local attention to the cleaning preparation & maintenance details you’d expect from “luxury” property. Responsive team when we needed assistance with a key.

Cleanliness not great, mattresses not great, balcony unusable as cushions had been left out and soaking wet, lots of little prevntable niggles.

Dirty which overshadowed the property which has so much potential.

Views were beautiful and property was a good size.

Dirty. We were very disappointed when we arrived as we had to clean for over an hour ourselves on arrival which was such a shame. The house has also not been looked after by UK luxury breaks at all. I could write a list of jobs that need doing at this property to get it back up to standard. UK luxury breaks charged £200 for a cleaning fee, which is unheard of especially when we had to do the cleaning ourselves.

Great location and lovely clean house

Beautiful house that overlooks lake Windermere in the distance.Very good location within walking distance of shops restaurants etc. it does have 3 flights of stairs so if you struggle with stairs just be aware.It doesn’t have a secure garden and there was some work going on next door that was producing some rubble coming onto our car but the hotel although not linked were very accommodating and let us park there.We ate in the hotel brassiere once and was very nice. So easy to get around everywhere on boats or buses that we didn’t use our car again till we left.

Great location, comfy cottage, well reccommended.

The cottage was well-equipped with kitchen utensils and was very clean. The cottage was so close to everything which was very convenient.

The lack of toilet roll. Most bathrooms had little toilet roll available for the price of staying (escpecially with 5 guests in total). Maybe the cobwebs and dead spiders on the patio could've been removed, I have arachnophobia so it made sitting outside a little uncomfortable.

Nice and cozy, very helpful staff replying emails on time.

This is a very new property. Clean and comfortable. Very good location, lake view from the windows. I can staying in balcony all afternoon time just for relaxing. The property haze washing machine and dryer separately that is really helpful if you come Lake District for hiking.

The cleaning not professional. I can see there was a cleaning has been done before we check in. But some small area not been deep cleaned. For example, The fridge still have some dirts left.

Location was great and the house is lovely

The directions to get there were awful and the hotel had no idea it was there, the postcode doesn't take you there and on the confirmation it stated 1A when it definitely isn't! Better instructions to reach the property needed, but that said we were checking in at 10pm so couldn't call which may have sorted it.

WHAT A FIND! Perfectly located in the heart of Windermere - literally everything on the doopstep! The views are just awesome and the property is so luxurious, sumptuous decor and every essential provided - even minute details were attended to by the hosts. This property is right in the middle of Bowness, once parked you can easily walk to every where! The cottage is stunning and the views of from every balcony take your breathe away! we loved how well equipped the kitchen was, the games available and comfy beds.

Perfect

Stayed over New Year. The location is fantastic, in the centre of Bowness, easy access to everything. The property was modern and spacious with lake views from the balconies on the 2 upper floors. Also a 3rd full shower room off the utility on the lower ground floor was a great bonus (not in the description) and an ideal place to clean off muddy dogs before entering the rest of the property.

Not really a dislike so much as a bit misleading, description states a log burner in lounge with logs provided to start you off so we took extra logs up when in fact it was an electric fire. Also parking at the rear is accessed through hotel car park and it was the cleaner who told us we needed to register vehicle details with the hotel so as not to get charged.

تصميم الكوخ سيء جداً حيث انه اربع ادوار درج ولا يوجد مصعد ولا يمكن حمل الشنط للاعلى اضافة الى ان الدور الرابع لايوجد فيه دورة مياه او مغسلة لغسل اليد فقط صالون للجلسه وغرفة نوم واثناء احتياجنا للغسل ودورة المياة ننزل للدور الثالث عن طريق الدرج وذلك سيىء للغايه اضافة الى اقفال باب الحديقه المواجه للكوخ حيث اضطر الى الدخول مع الباب الاساسي للحديقه اضافة الى وجود اوساخ وبقع بمفرش النوم
