Not an issue for our party but there are a few steps to the living area at the top of house

The information including Wi-Fi, key codes was given by email and updated on the app in a timely manner and was easy to navigate. The key box was a little fiddley (possibly due to my fat fingers) but it did not cause any major problems.
The accommodation was exceptional, beautifully and tastefully decorated and attention given to comfort and luxury and not just to providing. It was clean and well equipped - we had everything we needed for our stay, we were comfortable all could sit together in the large lounge/dining/kitchen area with space enough for all with comfort. The layout of the property is fabulous and well thought out, using it all to it's full potential. For a large party - this house is second to none. Ideal location for the amazingly beautiful town of Bowness. The hot tub was an added bonus and we all used it at varying times throughout our stay. Delightful property and would recommend it to all.
