Goede bereikbaarheid in het centrum van Caen. Voorzien van een beveiligde parkeerplaats. Entre was schoon en goed beveiligd. Wifi was goed. Accommodatie had alle alle voorzieningen en een prima douche. Eigenaar werkte prima mee.
De TV was niet te gebruiken. Zenders bleven wegvallen en enkel Frans. Het bed is smal (140cm). Ik kreeg de gebruiksaanwijzing om binnen te komen niet en heb moeten bellen, daarna heb ik alles ontvangen via mail. Via een codekluis en mailcode waren de sleutels en afstandsbediening (parkeergarage) toegankelijk.

Locatie was goed om te voet naar het centrum te gaan. Parkeren kan gemakkelijk en veilig in de garage. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf een super groot balkon.
Kan warm zijn door de zon die op het appartement staat.

Mooi gelegen hoekappartement op 3e verdieping met mooi uitzicht op kanaal en op de stad. Schoon in het algemeen. Rustig qua verkeer.
Klein minpuntje: Serviesgoed was niet echt schoon - zou je niet zelf moeten hoeven afwassen bij aankomst

Great location. Very bright small apartment with good views. Suitable for a very short stay.
Promised parking which was not available so had to take my chance with on street pay parking .The door is very hard to open . The communication was by whatssapp messages only There is a nightclub across the canal which had 100s of people outside shouting and roaring until 5am I the morning .
