Communication was superb, and location was pretty easy to find, park right by your door. Room is cosy, everything there you need...useful microwave for cooking, fridge is great, bed comfy... shower warm!
Not an issue for me, but, to get to the room you alight some stairs, so not great of you have mobility issues... like I said, no issue for me.

Positioned well for what we had booked. Studio was mostly very clean. Well appointed and lovely and quiet. Parking was right outside the studio. Area to sit outside which was nice.
No shower gel supplied Duvet had a smell like it had been wet and not aired to dry fully.
