Very nicely presented and clean.
Front entrance could be more attractive. Complementary hand soap would not cost much to provide. Perhaps UHT milk too, given there are no provisions stores nearby (that are open after 5.30pm, when we arrived).

Lovely little cottage just right for the two of us. Had everything we needed for a short break away. Bed very comfortable! Fabulous location.

The property was a good size for two people, comfortable and well
Equipped.
Very central to staithes in a nice position overlooking the estuary.
I accept the property is in a popular holiday area but there are a lot of other properties very close by of which quite a few are literally outside your windows.
So depending on the guests it was quite noisy at times.

The cottage does what you need it to do, in a very basic way. Great location.
It really is basic. Also - make sure you bring firewood if you want to use the fire, particularly if you’re arriving late afternoon when the local shops are shut.
