Perfect location to get into the village easily. The house had a lot of character. Was like stepping back in time shovelling coal from the coal shed!
There was nothing we didnt like. It was perfect for a little get away. The house isnt very suitable for anyone with difficulty climbing stairs but thats just for future reference, we didnt have a problem

Nice old cottage with mainly good facilities. Good views, and good value compared to other cottages I looked at when booking.
The description for the property must be altered so that it starts by describing the location and access to the property. I had my elderly mother, fortunately she was able to slowly get to and fromm the property, but until arrival we had no idea how it was situated.
The hot water system needs serious attention! Yes, it is a recent upgrade with the cylinder being not much more than a year old, but the control is sketchy, and we discovered that it is linked to the heating system, so when trying to get hot water the radiators are sapping the heat as well!
Got the water hot on an evening and it's stone cold by morning! My wife had recently had a hand operation prior to going and was unable to use the shower, so it was a big need to get hot water for her to use the bath.
