Beautiful cottage, dreamy location, would certainly return again

Great stay .. nice big house

The location was fabulous

Checkout time was very early. Instead of taking off bedding and running a hoover round we chose to have breakfast together instead. Would of cleaned properly with a little more time to do so.. Also some radiators didn't work and it was nippy

Needs Deep Cleaning

Great location

The accommodation was pretty grubby to say the least. We did not use the microwave or oven as they were not cleaned from I don’t know when or checked prior to our arrival. Other areas of the home were also not good and this is not me being picky but if the owners lived near by they need to sack their cleaners and if they are the cleaners sack themselves. The kitchen had a strange smell which we only put our finger on the last night and it was not the grubby oven or microwave but the wooden kitchen surface stinks and smells bad even up in the living area one floor above, rip it out and replace it’s not acceptable and nore are other areas of your house.

Quaint, clean, tidy, cozy, wonderful location.

Easy clear instructions

Heating fully off despite radiators being plugged in, would not power on. Used lovely open fire but was very cold last weekend at night and being severely asthmatic it affected my chest at night.

Lovely house in Staithes. Great position for views from the back. Well appointed. Loved the lack of 'rules' from the owners balanced by very easy access to support should we need.

Very comfortable, nicely fitted out. A lovely touch to leave a pint of milk and a packet of biscuits - thank you!

Bit dark inside - but then so are most of the cottages in Staithes. Would have been helpful if the information file had been left in an obvious place rather than tucked away in a coffee table drawer.

The house is spacious and comfortable.

A little bit drafty but the heating was very good in the lounge and bedrooms. To be expected from a period house & in honesty the weather was exceptionally windy.

Lovely stay in a lovely, clean, spacious and well situated cottage :)

Could not fault the property at all - very clean, spacious rooms with plenty of very good facilities to assist with the stay. The milk, bread and cookies on arrival was much appreciated!

The only point of note (and this may have just been unfortunate timing) was the noise from children next door, kicking the football off the wall of the property and those properties opposite.

Great family holiday, good value for money

Provided extras for us- toys for baby, good quality cot, milk, bread, biscuits. Beautiful house, great location.
