Location is excellent with lovely views of the estuary and sea.
Only slight issue was the bed in the smaller double room - it was extremely high! My 6’2 husband struggled at first! Also caught our legs on the wooden slats sticking out at the base, had to actively prevent my 5 year old from scratching herself

Cosy and characterful. A little quirky too.. the decking was great.
One guest was a little cold first night, she was in the room on the top floor z(twin room).. said the quilt was too thin, problem solved with spare blankets which were available.
