The cottage was ideally situated in the middle of staithes so this was a bonus. The outside space was a bonus and in summer would be good to sit out in.
The floors in the room had not been mopped in a long time. The kitchen was in need of attention as the fridge and cooker were dirty when we arrived.

Great cottage, comfortable and characterful - right in the heart of historic Staithes
The location was absolutely superb - on the level right in the centre of Staithes - perfect. The cottage was spacious for the location and very comfortable. From making the reservation through to the provision of a parking pass, etc, it just made everything so easy. Thank you very much - we intend to come back!

Acceptable for the money.
The location is amazing. Great value for money. Having a parking pass is a bonus.
WiFi non existent. Cleanliness was mediocre, especially the advertised outside space which needs attention. Especially the drain by the back door and the steps which are both dangerous. The bedrooms and kitchen need an upgrade, but for the price it is acceptable. Communication 100%.

Lovely cottage
The living room area was plenty big enough for 5 adults, the double bed on the second floor is so comfy I had the best sleeps ever, the bathroom is lovely and modern .
Think like others have said, wish they’d make the outside area more appealing. No plug sockets in the bedroom on 3rd floor and the towel heater in bathroom didn’t get warm, as was very cold on one of the days , but these small things didn’t ruin our fun .
