Location space and light, beds were v comfy.
There was a slight smell of ammonia on the ground floor when we arrived and on a morning.

Lovely cottage. Well equipped and extremely clean. Bed linen and towels smelt amazing. Well done to the lady who cleans. We have stayed at many different properties in Staithes and this ranks at one of the best

Everything was perfect. Lovely spacious accommodation with everything you needed to hand. Great hosts - easy to contact them and they kindly sent back clothing we left behind. Great location in the heart if Staithes. Well thought out and managed property. Lovely surrounding area. II would highly recommend.
