Flither Cottage

The cottage is comfortable and cosy, the kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy and, unusual for an AirBnB, towels are provided

Where's the welcome pack telling guests all about the cottage - the wifi code, the rubbish / recycling split, rubbish collection day. All about Staithes and the places of interest locally. The compulsory car parking charges. In the cellar is a freezer which is filthy and needs attention and is where we eventually spotted a hand written note in a picture frame attached to a beam telling guests about the rubbish collection day. The outside area is a mess with plastic chairs that need cleaning Although we got the wifi code from the back of the router we later found a hand written note on the back of a postcard in a drawer with it on. DVD's are there to watch but how? There is no DVD player. On arrival we found the kettle is broken - surely this should have been noticed and replaced?

The location was good & the beds were comfortable

The kitchen lacked some basic equipment such as cereal bowls & had only a small number of wine glasses (this would have have difficult if you had 6 adults staying). The instructions to find the property were poor & there was no basic information on WiFi, bins/recycling or what to do in the local area (including local services) which would have been useful

Very cosy and comfortable.

Nothing.
