Great location nicely laid out cottage
Property is great unloading and loading can be an issue. Got a parking ticket in the loading area

Excellent location, had everything needed to make a fantastic holiday..It was a home from home.

The location was great, we were right in the middle of Staithes. Easy to walk to the beach and the local pubs and tearoom. The bed was very comfy as well. It was very quiet, except for the seagulls but that can't be helped. Would stay again!
The only comment we had was that we wished that there was a larger sofa, rather than two chairs, but this is a minor point.
