Better stay in hotel

Location is ok.

No communication possible with staff. No reply on whatsapp, phone only to hotline. You cannot call anybody. Equipment in poor condition, iron completely dirty, ruined my shirt. Shower head not working properly. Mattress old and soft.

Good short term stay

Clean property with pretty good layout of apartment which fits a family with 2 kids. Hot water runs fine and heating works well. You’ll have everything for 3-4 days stay There was a welcome present from the host which is nice.

Building access is challenging, have only 5 seconds to open 2 doors There is a narrow staircase and you cannot store baby stroller downstairs Noise insulation is very bad, you can hear everyone outside

Excellent apartment for family stay in great location

Excellent location next to the middle of the city and very well connected with public transport. Accommodated our family with 3 kids very well for a 2-week stay. Kitchen had everything we needed and the house was well equipped. Really appreciated the host's thoughtful choice of furnishings and flexible furniture.

The apartment can sleep 5-6 guests however there is no eating area for 5-6 guests. A tableand chairs in the entrance corridor near kitchen would be good addition given that there is already any extra charge for a larger group.

Absolutely perfect! I would stay there again!

The apartment was very well stocked, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, cutlery glassware, everything you would want/need. The apartment is directly across from the Tram line which takes you everywhere in town. The host checked in with me to make sure everything was fine and responded to my question quickly. If you are considering this renting this space, don't hesitate it is perfect. The Italian restaurant, Cavallino, directly below the apartment is outstanding, we so enjoyed our meal and the staff was attentive and very nice.

This isn't a negative about the property, I wanted to mention it for others considering this apartment that might have mobility issues. The bathtub is a bit high so a step would be ideal, this is probably not an issue for younger folks but for someone older it is difficult. There is also a flight of stairs to climb to the first floor, the steps are easy to climb and there is a sturdy railing but if you have mobility issues this could be a challenge.

Good location, very close to many good restaurants and the city center.

The apartment is advertised for 4 people. But in case of a business visit, there is no space for 4 people, as in one room are 2 separate beds and in the other room just one bigger bed. So, in this case, it is suitable only for 3 people in my opinion.

We have everything we need. The entire flat is clean. It's easy to get in the flat (no key is need).

The location is a bit far from the train station but there are 2 underground lines get there.

O apartamento fica bem localizado, perto do centro e do transporte público… mas talvez perto demais, pois é bem barulhento durante a noite. A comunicação com os proprietários é muito boa, são muito atenciosos e claros na comunicado. O apartamento é confortável.
