Great view and wonderful stay as usual.
The location and the suite itself were awesome as usual. lime homes are our preferred apartment stay.
After a kerfuffle with room upgrades and downgrades, all was resolved however, This particular pull out couch was very uncomfortable for our kids- we’ve stayed in other lime homes, and if I’m honestly, this one might need to be replaced.

Lots of amenities and shops at 5 minutes walking distance. Close to a metro station. Convenient check in procedure. Warm room, clean and confortable beds.
The storage spaces were a bit lacking. The bedroom didnt have a wardrobe, only a few shelves.

The location was good. Close to the U-Bahn station, bakeries, restaurants, and grocery store.
The small kitchenette in the room was helpful, however we could not use the hotplate to cook any food since the room temperature was very uncomfortable (see below). There was enough dishes, utensils, etc. Coffee pods and tea were provided which was nice.
1. The online check-in went well for our first room, but took well over 45 minutes online for the 2nd room. It took too long to get this resolved, and several messages via the website and Whatsapp to finally get answers.
2. The air conditioning was quite poor. The lowest that the room temp got down to was 27 Celsius even though the thermostat was set for 19 Celsius. I contacted property help via Whatsapp, they sent someone the following day to check on it, but didn't update me that this was done. When we got back to our room later, there was no change in room temp. When I sent a follow-up message, they said that the technician had come out and said the air conditioning was working. I told them a room temp of 27 Celsius was not acceptable & in my opinion did not qualify as working air conditioning. They would not issue any discount on the room saying that since the A/C is working, there is no problem. Our 2nd room rented had better functioning A/C but still would not go below 23 Celsius (although much better than 27 Celsius). I am disappointed, as I booked this location to have air conditioning available.
3. The onsite laundry was extremely confusing. I could not find the location of the laundry room without contacting support via Whatsapp. They did send instructions once I asked for them. I went to the laundry room in the basement, but did not use it since I felt it was in an unsafe area for use.
4. Our rooms were clean, however the common hallways were quite dirty.
5. People were smoking in the room beside us even though signs are posted about the building being smoke-free. When we opened the windows, the smoke would travel into our room. Since there are no staff onsite to report this to, there is really nothing that could be done.

Very nice
Nice, comfortable, cozy accommodation. Clean enough. Wi-Fi worked fine. The beds were comfortable enough. The balcony offered us an amazing view of Stuttgart. Location is nice and quiet, close to the U-bahn and several supermarkets and restaurants.
The kitchen could really use a microwave oven.

We will never book another Lime Home property again
We never got the room number or access code for the room. Spent over two hours calling the number provided and all it did was ring busy and no one ever answered the call. We ended up having to book another hotel.

The television was our main problem. I called and was told someone will come and sort it out. That didn’t happen. We couldn’t get the news. There are no instructions in the room giving direction in the use of the TV. If it required payment, then unfortunately it was not stated.

it was overall a terrible experience which made it hard to enjoy the stay.
We were a family of three with a small child, and we payed for that, but the were only bed sheets and towels for two people. The room was unjustifiably dirty and it became an impossibly hard task to reach the service and beg them to deliver towels and bed sheets for our child, which only happened at the end of the second day after multiple calls. On top of all these, the second day the fire alarm kept ringing all night in the building and no matter how many times we asked for help (which was again extremely difficult to reach them via phone) no one came to our assistance and we were given no alternative option or solution to this terrible experience. Also they claim the offer assistance through WhatsApp but no one ever responded there (the message remains to this day unread).

Sauber, zentral und ruhig.
Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Appartement. Der Aufenthalt war angenehm und die Ausstattung praktisch: Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Fernseher sind vorhanden. Auch die Küche konnte man gut nutzen.
Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen.

Sehr schönes Apartment in Stuttgart! Alles war modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Check-in per Code hat problemlos funktioniert, sodass man unabhängig anreisen konnte. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die ruhige Lage trotz der guten Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei Limehome buchen

Alojamiento muy bonito y limpio. Se nota enseguida que todo está organizado de manera profesional. El check-in fue totalmente sencillo y relajado. El personal de limpieza fue muy amable e incluso me ayudó con el registro.
El ascensor y los pasillos estaban siempre impecables, se nota que se cuidan a diario. Mi habitación no solo estaba limpia, sino también muy acogedora y decorada con buen gusto. Me sentí a gusto desde el primer momento.
En general, una experiencia muy buena en la que todo salió perfecto. Sin duda volvería.

Bekväm, praktisk lägenhet med pentry och stort badrum. Skön säng, bra mörkläggning och tyst på natten. AC fanns på rummet vilket behövdes pga höga temperaturer. Nära till bageri och supermarket.
Det saknades stor kastrull för pasta. Korridor utanför rummet mycket smutsig.
