Warning! Dirty, worn ...not as described!

Location and size of the room was fine ... nothing else!

This apartment is as far from High Quality as you can get! Broken curtains in the bed room with view directly to apartments across. Dirty kitchen, especially the fridge. Broken and very worn stuff everywhere: Floor boards broken ready to really hurt your toes, kitchen VERY worn, sleeping couch with no polster left, glass table falling apart, cabinet doors could not open etc. etc. It was quite warm, and the apartment is described as including ventilation ...it was NOT. Bed linen was old and worn. In some beds it seemed that it had not been changed. We left the apartment after an hour. Very limited response from the host, but they wrote that they would contact booking.com regarding a fair refund (we paid for 2 nights up front). NOTHING has happened, even after several weeks and MANY attempt to contact the host and to get help from booking.com.

Near to Stuttgart Central Station. (Because construction work in railway station the temporary path to main station takes around 10 to 15 minutes ) very spacious apartment. rewe supermarket is very close, where you can by all necessary items. the streets are live even late night. street view from balcony

no cleanliness very less kitchen utensils. tap water seems to be not good to drink. poor lighting inside the apartment. furniture’s, bed sheets , kitchen utensils… seems to be old. dusty May be because the doors and windows open towards street.

Despite a few minor shortcomings, I rate the stay positively.

The accommodation in the apartment was pleasant, the location is perfect and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was only slightly disturbed by a misunderstanding in the form of a 150 EUR deposit required by the operator for a parking card above the mentioned 15 EUR per day. After learning that this was a parking deposit, we paid it and it was refunded upon departure. If this had been mentioned in the terms and conditions, we could have been prepared for this and avoided haggling. I would only list a few details below: - only one and part of toilet paper for the whole apartment (which I attribute to the early arrival to the apartment - but we announced it in advance) - burnt (i.e. unusable iron) and broken ironing board

Central location. Spacious.

First of all this is not a single apartment. The hosts rent multiple apartments in the same building. We stayed at #4. The apartment was dusty and really run down. The furniture is falling apart, the walls need a fresh paint. All appliances, bed sheets and towels are the cheapest stuff you can get. The kitchen has the absolute minimum on what is needed. There is no extras. For a week of stay for a family of four we had one garbage bag. We got one extra after asking for it. The internet did not work until they swapped the router. There is a faint but noticeable smell of cigarettes. I’d say this is a great place for a party or a night out in town. Not great for families. The parking is in a 3rd building and same price as the convenient public garage.

Best location in Stuttgart!! 👍🏻

The apartment was very big and with close proximity to the city center which made every day walks to shopping centers and groceries an ease. Rewe groceries is across the street, main train station with connections to all over europe is 100m away… location can’t be better

For early sleepers or families with kids, the weekends are very noisy as many people party and sing around the house.. you then have to close the windows and turn on the fans
