We felt at our own home
The house was very nicely designed and furnished. The kitchen equipment was quite sufficient. It was easy to find the house and reach nearby places to visit from there. After easily completing the self-check-in process, we parked our car in the parking lot. Having a parking lot and not having to look for a parking space was one of the criteria for us to choose this house. Eating meals and chatting in the spacious living room with the family in the evenings was enjoyable due to the ambiance of the house. It was also a thoughtful move to have various games for our little girl to play. In short, we loved this place. If we come to this city again, we would stay here again without a second thought.

Auf den ersten Blick beeindruckte uns die Wohnung durch ihre Größe und eine ansprechende Einrichtung. Die Betten waren ausgesprochen komfortabel, und es gab keinerlei Mangel an Haushaltsgeräten und Utensilien – alles war vorhanden, was unserem Aufenthalt grundsätzlich sehr zuträglich war.
Leider stellte sich bei genauerem Hinsehen heraus, dass die Küche hinter den schön gestalteten Fronten erheblich an Sauberkeit vermissen ließ. Dies war enttäuschend und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns in diesem Bereich nicht völlig wohlfühlten. Ebenso bereitete uns die Dusche einige Probleme: Sie neigte dazu, überzulaufen, und der Abfluss schien verstopft zu sein, was zu unangenehmen Situationen führte.

L'appartamento poteva essere anche carino ma tutto il resto è stato un disastro
Trovato la casa in maniera disastrosa, bagno non funzionate tutto otturato e per finire siamo stati contattati dalla struttura che voleva il risarcimento di un danno alla porta del bagno ( gonfia per tutta l'acqua ricevuta) che come si può bene vedere il problema risale già a novembre da una recensione vecchia che ho trovato

Appartement spacieux et à proximité en transport de Stuttgart
L'appartement est très beau, agréable à vivre, bien équipé, spacieux. Il y a un parking souterrain, la proximité avec les transports. Ce n'était pas prévu mais nous nous sommes déplacés seulement en transport grâce à son emplacement idéal à 25 min de Stuttgart. L'hôte est très sympathique et a répondu à chaque fois très rapidement. Un très bon choix !

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung, zentral aber ruhig
Das Apartment war genau wie auf den Fotos. Die Zimmer waren hell und gross. Die gesamte Wohnung war schön geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist neu und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Parkplatz ist goldwert. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ein Traum. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der S-Bahn, an der Bushaltestelle und die U-Bahn ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist man direkt auf der Autobahn oder der B27. Obwohl die Wohnung direkt an der Bahn und mitten in der Stadt ist, war sie sehr ruhig. Für uns und unsere Bedürfnisse war die Wohnung perfekt.
