Sehr große, gut geschnittene Wohnung. Abwicklung und Kommunikation reibungslos, schnelle Reaktion & Hilfe. Sehr gute Ausstattung (Markise, Rollos)
Es wurden 100€ Reinigungskosten veranschlagt. Dafür ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig (Geschirr, Küche allgemein, Staub, Boden). Es gab auch einige Mängel in Bad und Küche, wodurch die Wohnung etwas abgenutzt wirkte. Das war schade, da sie sonst wirklich schön war - aber so auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmte.

We were traveling for a quick visit at Messe Stuttgart for the exhibition. This apartment was a great choice for our group of people for a short stay. Overall it has everything what you need parking is just behind the building. Spacious terrace also to chill on after the day. Shops and restaurants near by. Also good connection to the highway and to the City.

Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war wirklich stilvoll und schön. Außerdem ist sie sehr hell und man ist sofort am Bahnhof.
Die Sauberkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig. Krümel in der Besteckschublade, ein verschmierter Regalboden und einige Möbel, die instand gesetzt werden müssten wie das Bett im Schlafzimmer, die Spülmaschine und der Mülleimer. Wir konnten außerdem nur ein normales Glas finden.
