great location, but dirty apartment

location is perfect, in the heart of Stuttgart, near main station, easy public transport and lots of restaurants around. The apartment is very spacious, with a nice balcony.

The apartment was very dirty and missing all kinds of consumables needed for short stay (e.g. detergent, napkins, etc). We also tried using the broom and the vacuum cleaner but they were not functioning. one of the rooms had no curtains (really clear in the morning) and the bed was really uncomfortable! additionally, I was charged a “Kaution “ in cash of 100€ that was not informed in the ad (of course it was returned at the end of the stay). Additionally, there were not enough towels… we asked the landlord to bring more and he didn’t bring enough (brought hand towels instead of shower towels).

Great location in high end apartment. Not very clean and some electrical problems.

High end kitchen/living room. Amazing location. Floor heating. Landlord fixed internet problem quickly. Also, he let us stay until 12h on last day and also go back there at 15h to retrieve some forgotten items.

A lot of dust in the bedrooms. Beds not super comfortable. External electric blinds closed and opened at random times sometimes during the night. Also, they don't block much light. Bathroom light really dim. Landlord got tense with us for not finding the cutlery ourselves.

Convenient access to Subway and restaurants.

Didn't like check-in process and on-site parking. Preferred to park at parking garage nearby and wished there was a self check-in option. Also the cash security deposit was an unwelcome surprise. Turns out it was listed on the site but not easily found.

Overvalued property, not worth the price paid

The location

property not clean. staff that do not speak English, French or German. Appliances not working ie toaster & coffee machine. Wifi not working. A Neighbour had to show us how to closed the blinds and not curtains in one of the rooms. Dusty and insect ridden place. To be avoided

The apartment is nice but need to take care of maintenance specially for lightning and bed cover sheet and all set also need to take car of spray for roches.

Great location and size of apartment is unfortunately dirty and run-down. Pass.

The location is excellent. A larger apartment by German standards. Includes 2 smaller bedrooms, a combination living, dining room, and kitchen. Apartment has vault ceilings, large bathroom (shower, bathtub), and balcony looks out to a nearby street. Convenient to have a washer. Close to the main train station and a grocery store. Once you have the key, easy to come and go in the city.

Overall a very run down apartment. I often stay in rentals and hostels so I don't expect much. That being said, I wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else unless there are no alternatives in the area. All furniture was very worn. That included the uncomfortable ripped leather dining chairs that stained my clothes. Limited utensils for the kitchen, so if you're planning to cook anything, bring your own pans, heat pads, etc. Bathroom, while large had no place to put your shampoo/conditioner and had no magnification mirror (If that's something you need). Smelly bedsheets and a cheap foam (not memory) mattress. Dirty walls in pretty much every room. The door to the balcony was broken so you have to jerk it open. One bedroom door was permanently stuck in the open position. Very slow internet, like dial up which was a problem since I had business to do. Worst was the check-in experience. Had to hold a teleconference with the maid and owner before we were allowed in. Luckily I speak German, so we were able to communicate. Owner also did not remember how much money I had to give as a deposit (150 Euros). Luckily I took a picture of the money. This experience made the beginning and end of our stay pretty uncomfortable.

the owner of this apartment is an Arab, he comes and leaves the key for you… but the problem is that he says at check-in that the people who are there cannot receive visitors .. that is, if you travel to receive visitors, you cannot .. he keeps watch at the apartment door.. if someone enters he makes a fuss and says he's going to call the police .. any visit you receive he attributes it to work or some economic activity

rude host

the apt is close to the central station, but I would not stay here again nor recommend it, the man in charge of the apt is very rude, rude and disrespectful to me and my partner insinuating things that were not true. he was very rude in every way since he handed us the keys i complained to Booking.com and told what happened but they couldn't refund my booking money and we had to stay there. but would definitely not go back.

Central location.

Everything was dirty and stained. Owner made us wash the dishes to get back the refund of 150. Toilets were smelly. Not worth the money, rather book a hotel.

Location of the property is exceptional, walking distance to Stuttgart train station and department store just 2 mins walk away. All in All it is superb property to stay and in the center of Stuttgart. The Host is also super helpful.

Perfect situation

The appartement is perfectly situated in the city center next to restaurants, banks and bars.

Walls and tables are dirty and sheets were drying on the balcony when we arrived. The person in charge of the check-in doesn't speak english and we were surprised by the fact we needed to give a 150€ caution which was not mentionned during the reservation.

Pleasant

Across the street from REWE which made it very convenient to buy supplies and snacks. Also across from the City Center and Schlossplatz. The floor to ceiling windows and balcony doors were amazing and kept the apartment fresh.

Coffee machine had old coffee still in the filter and looked like it had been there for months. Sofas smelled of urine and we’re stained. Dish drawer was dirty with stove dirt that was swept in there. Towel warmer did not work. Window blinds did not work and light kept seeping through windows in the night. Apartment reeked of cigarette and smoke.

Spacious and modern

Spacious and modern 2 bedroom apartment right in the centre of Stuttgart. Short walking distance to many shops, bars, restaurants, train station... Everything is at the fingertip. A place to recommend!
