Shower was broken and very dangerous, screen fell off and shower rose was all broken kettle didn’t work all saucepan handles loose kitchen cupboard door fell off there was no reply from host to get things fixed and the whole apartment smelt of business downstairs

Despite a scheduled arrival time, the property was not ready until 30 minutes later - the key to the property was not in the location for pick up as the property was still being cleaned. Reaching the owners during the wait time was not possible, adding some anxiety to the arrival. The television was broken. All notes were submitted to the owners through text and were well received. I would give this property another try.

Not suitable for small children
Electrics were hanging out of the wall. One hand towel was provided for a family of 4. It's up two flights of stairs with no lift, above a kebab shop at the end of a road full of strip clubs. There is next to no sound insulation so the 4am fight outside woke everyone up.

Excellent choice for short and long stay in Stuttgart
Great apartment, easy to get to, and in general the location is great and it's easy to get to any destination within the city. The apartment on its own are also nice and comfortable, you have everything you may need and a few shops in a few steps away to have a nice walk in the evening.

Very strategic location
Very convenient location. It is right beside the Rathaus UG station. A taxi stand is also right infront of the apartment. There are many restaurants nearby with the house of kebab right below it.
Unfortunately, we have to carry our large suitcases up the stairs to the second floor.

Necesita una reforma urgente. La ducha estaba rota, una cama totalmente partida, el menaje viejo y deteriorado. Se lo cobran pero si invertir nada. Una pena, no volvería.

Fangen wir beim größten Problem an:
Die Fenster sind undicht, es war extrem kalt in der Wohnung!
Keine Parkplätze weit und breit!!!!!!
Wir haben für paar Stunden parken in dem Parkhaus direkt gegenüber 20€ bezahlt, uns wurde regelrecht das Geld aus dem Portmonee gerissen, außerdem gibt das Parkhaus keine Quittung und arbeitet richtig schön und gemütlich schwarz.
Die Handtücher waren benutzt und nass, hingen aber da rum als wären sie unbenutzt, ich fand es schon eklig da direkt reinzufassen.
Beim Fernseher funktioniert kein Netflix.
Die Bettlaken hatten alle getrocknete gelbe Flüssigkeiten drauf, ich habe auf der Couch geschlafen.
Man kann die Fenster nicht komplett öffnen da der Rahmen der Gardinen die Fenster blockiert haben.
Kein Fahrstuhl, man muss wirklich sehr sportlich sein.
Ich bin 22 Jahre alt und hatte Probleme, die Treppen sind einfach zu steil und unterliegen nicht wahrscheinlich nicht der Norm.
Die Wohnung an sich sah aus wie eine Ex-JVA, schwere Metalltüren, irgendwelche Metallbefestigungspunkte an den Wänden, keine Steckdosen wo welche sein sollten, Lichtschalter ohne zugeteilte Funktion, Selbstbau-Dusche, kleines Balkon mit blick auf den Innenhof wo unten ein Anti-Sprungnetz aufgestellt worden war.
Wie gesagt, das sah aus wie eine JVA in Berlin, es war alles, aber davor war es aufjedenfall keine Wohnung.
Die Kissen hatten garkeine Wirkung und sind viel zu weich, so kann man nicht schlafen.
Ich kann es nicht oft genug sagen:
Es ist zwar September, kein Winter und ich habe da wirklich richtig gefroren, daran muss man wirklich unbedingt arbeiten.
Lange Rede kurzer Sinn:
Die Wohnung war trotzdem nicht schlecht, man sollte unbedingt an die Fenster arbeiten, sonst muss man nix anderes zwingend ändern. Außer natürlich an die Hygiene und Netflix.
Empfehle ich es weiter? Klares Nein!
Es gibt viel viel bessere, günstigere, Professionellere und wärmere Alternativen in der Umgebung, mit Privat Parkplätzen und isolierten Fenstern.

Nicht zu empfehlen - enttäuschender Aufenthalt
Der einzige positive Aspekt war die zentrale Lage. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Einkaufsgalerie und der Fußgängerzone, die bequem über eine Unterführung erreichbar ist.
Leider können wir diese Ferienwohnung nicht weiterempfehlen. Es gibt zahlreiche Mängel, die unseren Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm gemacht haben:
Lichtverhältnisse: Zwar gibt es dicke Vorhänge, aber sie sind zu klein für die Fenster und verdunkeln den Raum nicht richtig.
Lärm: Ab 6 Uhr morgens stündlich Kirchenglocken, dazu starker Verkehrslärm durch die angrenzende Kreuzung und den darunterliegenden Dönerladen. Die Fenster sind alt, undicht und lassen sämtliche Geräusche durch.
Treppenhaus & Zugang: Das Treppenhaus wirkt wie eine Lagerhalle und riecht stark nach Zigaretten. Zudem befindet sich die Wohnung im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug – man muss also gut zu Fuß sein.
Sauberkeit & Zustand: Die Wohnung war unsauber und insgesamt wenig einladend. Zwar gibt es schöne Betten, aber alles ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Steckdosen funktionierten nicht.
Badezimmer: Die Dusche ist alt, undicht und instabil – die Duschbrause darf man kaum verstellen. Das Waschbecken ist viel zu klein für eine größere Gruppe. Und das Schlimmste: Kakerlaken im Badezimmer! Absolut unhygienisch und ekelerregend.
Heizung: Keine richtige Heizung, nur zwei kleine Heizlüfter, die kaum für Wärme sorgen.
Küche: Zwar gibt es einen Backofen, aber ohne Rost oder Blech. Keine Spülmaschine, sodass alles von Hand gespült werden muss.
Parkmöglichkeiten: Es gibt keine Parkplätze an der Straße (auch wegen einer Baustelle). Ein nahegelegenes Parkhaus ist die einzige Option – allerdings kostet es stolze 37 € pro Tag.
Nicht für Familien geeignet: Für einen Aufenthalt mit Kindern absolut nicht empfehlenswert – weder die Ausstattung noch die Umgebung sind kindgerecht.
Trotz der guten Lage war der Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend. Die fehlende Gemütlichkeit, der Lärm, die mangelnde Sauberkeit und vor allem die Kakerlaken im Bad waren einfach inakzeptabel. Definitiv keine Empfehlung!

An der Lage über der Dönerbude kann man nichts mehr machen, aber sehr schade, dass sich anscheinend nicht um die Wohnung
Gute Lage, 15 zu Fuß vom Hbf und 10 Min zu diversen Kneipen und Restaurants
Wohnung liegt direkt über einer Shishabar und einer Dönerbude. Man geht durch den Hintereingang der Dönerbude in die Ferienwohnung, das riecht man auch. Die Wohnung ist auf den ersten Blick ganz gut ausgestattet, aber eigentlich sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der TV funktioniert nicht mehr, die Dusche fällt fast auseinander, unter einem Bett steht ein Wasserkasten, das es sonst kaputt wäre.
